No derma roller. It is listed in description. Big negative from me. The balm and oil are decent. I use them daily. Haven't used them over the long haul. The balm is the better of the two products. Missing promised products automatically gets a one star.

I thought it was going to be a little bit bigger but overall it's pretty good. Great gift idea!
