Super Moss (21508) Preserved Sheet Moss, Fresh Green 20-24 s

Very pleased. One box went a long way. Easy to use the different size/shaped pieces to connect together like a puzzle. Variety of large and smaller pieces worked well together. Shaded area where nothing would grow. Just ordered 2 more boxes to complete the area. Wonderful price considering we were quoted $800 for fake grass by a turf company for that same section, and now for less than $150 we have natural moss growing there! Box came packed tight with moss pieces (moss totally dry but green, healthy and light weight). We soaked the moss pieces in a bucket of water for a few minutes before laying it down and the moss drank up the water quickly and became a bright fresh green. Great alternative for hard to grow/shaded areas.1 Month Update: QUESTION now for SuperMoss company or other moss growers, can you recommend a product that will kill the small sprouts of grass coming up around the moss, but that is gentle and safe for the moss. I'd like to eliminate the sparse grass sprouts but not damage the moss. thank you!

I use this to top potted houseplants, tuck into rustic floral displays, cover topiary balls, etc. The moss comes in large irregular pieces that can be torn to fit or shredded a bit to cover more area. The color is good for several months in strong sunlight, but will turn brown over time. I keep coming back to this product for the price and the quality.

This is really nice quality moss... it comes in large sheets ( perhaps 16" x 12") packed nicely in a box . Pieces are in good condition with really nice color. There is a lot of it to work with in the 5 lb package. I use it on table scapes....to cover plant bases and in making naturalistic mirror frames! W hen this runs out I won t hesitate to buy it again!

Product not only came quickly, it was very fresh when we received it. We used it in our Church around a grotto that we built around our the altar at Easter. It has been over four weeks now and it is as fresh and green as the day we put it down. Pieces were large and easy to work with. We did spray water it a couple times a week which I am sure helped. Would definitely buy again and far better than the bags of moss we purchased in the past.

Just got this, nice big strips, can easily cut to fit. Faint smell, not to bad. ( I bought the supermoss pieces, terrible smell, and sent back and got these.) So real, I have a tiny garden in back yard, apartment, and I laid these strips over the dirt, and my pots are now sitting on top of this moss, looks so real. Not sure yet, how it will do with the rain, but I'll keep you posted down the road, but so far, really pretty. Very Happy! A little pricey but I will order another box to fill in some bare spots, when my cash flow is relieved...LOL...
