It is much bigger then I anticipated, it is not to scale for Dungeon and Dragons miniature. But definitely a keeper.

Great Gift if the Gryphon is your school's mascot.
Bought a few of these for gifts for high school students whose school team name is the Gryphons. The depiction of the gryphon was accurate (some of the items might say gryphon but it is really another mythical creature). Very nice desktop momento. I might get one for their favorite teacher as well.
