Working as it should to protect the back window and easy to remove to clean window as needed. Very sturdy

Well made product but no missing parts!
Product seems very well made and heavy duty. Product was supposed to come with fasteners, neoprene strips and instructions BUT DID NOT. Had to return because it was MISSING a bunch of parts. I was going to just buy my own fasteners but without instructions it made it difficult to know what I was supposed to use. After weeks of waiting to have time to install the Backrack, I was disappointed when the installation kit was missing parts.

The hardware kit was a pain to install,The threaded bracket that goes down into into inside of the bed needs a larger washer to secure it,When I attempted to secure to the inside it started to cave in through the hole

Fit and works on 2019 F150
Purchased about 2 years ago. Product fits and worked. Still works well! Only issue was when it arrived, a piece was missing. Customer service was quick to send me out new package once I sent photos of a damaged box and contents. Thank you!
