These are a wonderful addition to my baking. Added the lemon to by blueberry muffins... really good!!

I had never heard of baker's emulsion until I saw it being used on YouTube. Thought I'd give it a try. I am overwhelmed by how good the flavors are. I got the variety pack. To experiment, I bought white cake mix and vanilla frosting. I made cupcakes, breaking up the batter into smaller batches, then adding different flavors. I did the same with the frosting For one I did coconut in the cake batter and hazelnut for the icing. Great combination! Will be great for making a large variety of special occasion cupcakes using just one basic batter for many flavors. I have already ordered more types. Also, I was sent the wrong variety pack. The company immediately corrected my order. It was very much appreciated, and I apologize for making a fuss. I will be a loyal customer from here on.

I think the flavors are adequate. Needs a lot to get results. A solid four stars

These are great to use with chocolate melts IF they're oil. Otherwise the flavors are great for adding a little extra flavor to your baked goods.

This would be the best bakery option a person can Have, great in flavor, well wrapped and great price. Im definitely purchasing this again

I opened one bottle and tasted a few drops. Tasted horrible Tried shaking the bottle thinking maybe that’s what the problem was but no; still tasted horrible after shaking well. Then I opened another bottle of a different flavor and it tasted just like the other one. Don’t buy these. Terrible waste of money.

Butter vanilla is my go to vanilla flavour, I have written a more indepth review for it on another listing. I wish I had found LorAnn emulsions sooner, but I'm hooked now, and I'm up to 9 different flavours so far. On a side note, I didn't find most of the flavours to stand out over the rest. I liked all of them, to be sure, but for example the maple doesn't scream maple and I didn't find it any better or worse, than, say the hazelnut. All of them are really good, but I didn't find the coconut to be a "pure" coconut flavour, likewise with the maple. I'm Canadian though and have noticed there's a flavour called Canadian maple, so I will have to try that one too. While they're all good, I found that most of them have the same "vibe" and I could easily swap one out for another and the outcome would be similar. I'm still testing them though, and I may have a different opinion later on.

Love the flavours. Just wish the sets weren’t all the same. I’ve noticed that in every set, there are two or more that are the same. Would be nice to have them different so that you could have quite the collection

So far I have only used the two I took a picture of; the lemon and buttery vanilla. I will say that it improves the flavour of everything I have used it in x1000. I have made whipped cream, pies, cakes and icings and they were amazing in them when it called for a lemon zest or vanilla. Sometimes I just added it for a vanilla or lemon flavour and I was not let down. I recommend trying these to improve recipes. You will be happy with the outcome.
