Well,people saying it's waste of money.. but what I say,is it's one of the best that's available in the market! You may not see and hear about bhringraj much,but do some research and you will find its speciality especially in promoting hair growth.. If you're expecting it to work without taking extra care,just because you paid 1k for it,it may not work for you.. For giving the oil,the way to go,you need to make sure,you wash your hair at least thrice a week with a good shampoo! The oil should reach the scalp,and for that you need to use a few extra drops of it than you do usually..(most importantly,you should heat the oil mildly) Massage for at least 5 mins after application,so that the oil reach the scalp.. I told ya extra care! That means every person is not same,it may not work for everyone the same way,to make sure you can get it work for you, you need to take care of good diet too,so that it promotes the vitamins essential for promoting strengthening and growing hair.. For that,you need vitamins a,d,c,b..you can find most of them in carrots,grapes,pineapple,apple,orange and lemon.. You should try some leafy vegetables too for good results.. By taking these foods,you're providing enough force internally and externally for your hair follicles..we can just do it naturally right?? 😊
