Very Disappointed
Very disappointed with this purchase, the item I received is faulty, the torque motor-head does not spin. It cost me another $58.00 to return the item via post. Not sure why would I/the buyer have to pay for the return postage when a faulty item provided. The local Dyson service Center also advised that there is no warranty or service available for any Dyson item or parts purchase through Amazon.Not recommend to buy this sorts of item from overseas suppliers.
