I absolutely love Backbeat. I wrote a previous review on Drumsville but got no response. Drumsville is the best by a great drummer. I learned a lot about playing myself listening to this album for hours. Can you please put this on CD please

That's the one amazon needs to get. Back in the day, Earl Palmer had performed more hits than any other "sticks."

One of the best compilation cd's I own. Amazing how many great songs Earl was on. If you dig this cd too, get his biography which is great as well.

There's a reason people still talk about Earl Palmer in reverend tones.

Excellente sélection. Earl Palmer est en feu et joue le rôle d' épine dorsale à une multitude de performances de pointures telles qu'Etta James, Little Richard, Fats Domino et autres. Le son issu pour la plupart des bandes maîtresse (hormis deux titres) est puissant et bien équilibré et rend justice à l' énergie des artistes à l' oeuvre. Au plaisir de nos tympans et de nos semelles qui s'activent à coup sûr! Un véritable cours de batterie rock'n roll... épicée à la sauce Nouvelle-Orléans de mr. palmer de surcroît!!
