Dymatize BCAA Complex 5050 Powder, Promotes Muscle Regeneration, Time Released Aminos, Blue Raspberry, 10.6 Oz

I don't mind weird tasting things, so if you can get past the no flavor or the powdery flavor, then you're good! I like this because it is just straight aminos. You don’t have to worry about the extra crap that goes into certain products. Since I already take other supps, I wanted this to be as simple as possible and I don’t think it’s get some simple than these BCAAs.I combined mine with some Powerade electrolytes when I work out. I felt less fatigued during my workouts (and they weren’t heavy lifts, mind you) but since I only workout in the evenings because of work, I do get extremely rundown by that point. I was able to get through a 60 minute workout without much problem, whereas before I felt tired after 40 minutes. I also noticed my gains more clearly defined, especially in my upper body which has been a hard thing to grow. I put Dymatize in a blender bottle and it mixes pretty well, but I still shake it before I drink because SOMETIMES a bit would settle at the top. I would drink half of it 20 minutes before my workout and then the rest during the workout. I didn’t include it in my post-workout protein shake but I would take some the day after.I haven’t taken it recently since I got injured. It’s been 3 weeks since my last lifting day but I am ready to get back at it soon and I can’t wait to start taking Dymatize again.

I had been using this products for almost two years. I always mixed it with green tea and it taste'd semi-ok. It mixed semi-ok too. Did it work? I have no idea. I think it added BCAAs to my diet the same as any other product.Recently I got a bottle manufactured in June 2014 and expires June 2015. The outer seal was intact, but the inner seal was dislodged a bit. This isn't the first time I've seen this with supplement products. Usually happens when opening the lid. When I mixed it, I noticed it smelled horrible. I had been using Bulk Supplements for the past month as a trial, so thought maybe it was just not use to it. It tasted horrible, but I drank two servings. I let my wife try it, and she thought it was horrible too. I got another (exp Feb 2015) from a different merchant to compare, and it was fine. Fearing I was going to get sick, I called Dymatize. They logged my complaint, personal information, and the lot code. They said somebody may contact me to send me a replacement along with a shipping label to send the bad product back for testing. Nobody ever contacted me. When something like that happens, the consumer wants to feel like they're important enough to the manufacturer to take action. I can't say whether I will continue using this product.

This is good, quality BCAA powder from a good reputable manufacturer. And this is a lot for your money - a much more economical way to get your BCAAs instead of tablets/capsules. The only drawback is that it does not mix easily. It takes a long time or a lot of stirring/shaking to get it mixed, and even then it doesn't completely dissolve. It's best to mix in juice or another acidic beverage - mixing in water, milk, etc will just frustrate you. Often I just pour a couple of tsp in my mouth dry and then wash it down with some juice, green tea, or something like that. Still a good product that I'll buy again unless I find a better mixing, equally priced BCAA powder.

I am rating this product a 4 because of the fact that I'm not 100% certain my results have come from this product or from the change to my diet at the same time. I have always worked out and have lifted heavy for a female. I have definitely seen definition in areas I haven't seen them to the extreme I see them now. Again, I can't give this product all the credit but I would like to think he hasn't hurt my progression either. The pills are horse pills and annoying to take to have to split, but that's my only complaint.

So happy I found this! The flavor is gross so I added flavor concentrate and it helps. But after only a few days of taking this I'm already adding weights to my weightlifting exercises and gaining strength! Very happy. Used to take USPLabs Modern BCAA in 2015, worked great with amazing muscle strength improvement. Then they discontinued it and replaced it with USPLabs Modern BCAA+, which worked great until I got a new batch, then I stopped gaining and instead lost muscle! Tried Scivation Xtend BCAA and although I didn't lose strength, I didn't gain any either.Except for the flavor, this is perfect!

I love that this product does not have any additional caffeine or dyes. I can drink this during an afternoon or evening workout without having to worry about being awake all night long. It also gives me the endurance to continue pushing through a tough workout! I love that it is also working to preserve my hard-earned muscle mass on my rest days. This product dissolves easily in water and tastes delicious without being too sweet!

Do not know the long term effects but short term I haven notice is being fuller and not hungry as often. I only take 1 teaspoon a day.Flavor is horrible as other have stated. I have mixed this with protein shakes in milk, water, fruit smoothies and it will remove all flavor and turn it into bitter salt flavor. You just have to accept it for what it is. Great for cutting, keeps you full feeling.

This stuff works good as a BCAA wash. It's unflavored, which means if you're just drinking it in water you'll want a chaser lol. I started mixing it in a few ounces of grapefruit juice and the horrible taste nearly disappeared. Can't give it 5 stars because of the taste, but can't take any more away. If you're buying supps for the taste you're doing it wrong. Just know even an iron tongue will hate the taste of this stuff.

I'm order by two dymatize bcaa blue raspberry flavored but came one other flavor unflovar ,plz replace the product I want two blue raspberry flavored plz exchange the product I want two products blue raspberry flavored.

Good product but because of its raw nature, taste is horrible.If u want to purchase this then also purchase Hydra charge because to drink this raw BCAA is a big task specially during workout.Beginner will definitely puke.
