Q: What is the o.d.? the can i need it for accepts only 0.085 inch o.d.

FS250 straw miked out at .083. It fits snugly in our LPS can nozzles. The red straws of a pack of 20 were .082 dia. They fit also, but not quite as tightly. Hope this helps...good luck.

It's flexibl(ish)... Think of it like approximately the same stiffness of the default straw that comes with a spray can. You can feed it into places, and it will bend around things, but it's not what I would consider rigid. Best way I can describe it is, take the straw that came with your spray can and make it 5 feet long... It's gonna be the same consistency. It'll droop a bit, won't be ridgid, it will be bendy(ish) but it won't be flexible.

Q: Will these fit in a can of nu-calgon evap foam no rinse coil cleaning spray?

These are just like the little straws that come on the cans. Not sure if your tip fits the straws or not.
