This is my favorite hair paste. It has excellent hold. The texture is easy to apply and rinse out. Because it is a matte finish it doesn’t leave your hair oily or shiny. Great value.

I use this to tame the baby hairs at the nape of my neck when I wear my hair up, since they're too short for a bobby pin. This works really well and I don't have to use much. Hair doesn't look greasy and it washes off my hands afterwards easily.

I used to use the gray jar version, but since it seems discontinued, I tried this one and I love it!The texture of this wax isn’t as hard as the gray jar, which actually makes it much easier to apply.It gives a matte finish and holds hair really well, even in humid New York weather.Highly recommend as a great alternative if you used the gray jar before.

I’ve used both Extreme Matte and Spiky Edge, and they’re equally easy to use. If you prefer a strong hold with a natural, non-shiny finish, Extreme Matte is the better choice. It styles well, holds all day, and washes out easily. Perfect for clean, effortless looks.

I don't dislike like this stuff, but it's not what I was looking for. Nothing is great at holding my hair, this was no exception, albeit not the worst, and the finish too wet looking. Makes my hair look greasy unless it's freshly shampooed.On the plus side it smells nice, it's easy to work with, and the price is decent. It washes out fine but so does everything else I have tried.
