I will say that I am honestly surprised at the quality of this chair. Time will tell if it's durable, but initial impression after a few days of use is good. The cushions are both firm with just enough softness that you can sit for extended periods without anything hurting or going numb. Back support is good and the chair kind of encourages good posture. It took less than ten minutes to assemble, has instructions but they're not needed as there's only like six different parts to put together. From a strength standpoint it's a little bit wobbly, but then again I'm 240 lbs, so I'm testing it's limits. All in all it's a nicely made chair that rolls easy and you can sit in for any length of time

My husband put this chair together for me... I have no idea how long it took him to assemble, but I do know it took me about 2 seconds to fall in love with it!!!!I work from home, and sit for hours at a time... I was worried this chair wasn't going to have ample padding (because my husband's chair doesn't).I was instantly impressed with the thickness and comfortability of the seat cushion!! Much thicker than I expected.Then I noticed the arm chairs have soft cushions as well (my husband's chair has hard arms)... Soft is so much better!!!Then I noticed how smooth the leather is! It feels so expensive!!Then I leaned back, expecting it to go back too far and feel like I'm going to fall back (like... wait for it.... my husband's chair does, lol!)... But it feels very sturdy when leaning back!This chair exceeded my expectation!! Very happy with this purchase!!!

I've been using this chair for a few days now and am just floored by how comfortable it is, and how seemingly well made it is for the price. This isn't real mahogany wood and leather, but I knew that going in. I bought this for a balance of comfort, function, and economy, and I believe it nails it.I purchased this to replace an "ergonomic" chair with mesh seating and backrest, which was causing me to have restless leg symptoms at night. The frame for the mesh seat was creating pressure points in front, across the bottom of my legs, impeding circulation as I worked. This chair has firm padding in the seat and across the front especially where your legs rest, to support evenly without any pressure points. I'm a pretty heavy guy at 250 pounds, and the cushion supports me fine. I've not had any problems at night since I began using this chair for work.The form of the chair suits me wonderfully. It encourages me to sit upright, but not straight up. It's a perfect compromise for me, between sitting up and reclining. I spend long hours working in front of a screen and this keeps me sitting upright and supports both my lower and upper back.Assembly is a breeze as others have commented. It's a chair, and there are only so many ways to engineer a chair, so expect a pneumatic piston, five-wheel base, metal plate that sets on top of the piston, and two-piece chair cushions, held together by the armrests. If you thread the screws on the armrests that are farther from where the two cushions meet, you'll find that they're easier to start, and once you get those in you can tighten somewhat to push down the other end against the padding, so that you can thread those as well.Kudos to Amazon for delivering this quality chair at an exceptionally low price!

This office chair is working really well for us, I’m 5 ft. 6 1/2 in. and my husband is 6ft. It was very easy to put together. It raises and lowers smoothly and Is comfortable too. The box it was delivered in stated it had a leather back, definitely not 100% leather but it has the look of it in matte black. It is a very good deal for the price and since myself and my husband suffer from disc issues - the fact that neither of us get a back ache in this chair is an absolute plus!

I like it alot and use every day
