WTB All-Terrain Hybrid Bike Tire (700c/26) Wire Bead - Smooth on Pavement - Grippy on Loose Terrain - Commuting & Touring

First let me give a bit of background about my situation with my bike. I live in Houston, a city with the worst roads I have ever seen for cyclists. Broken sidewalks, huge sharp road bumps, and overall a skater’s worst nightmare. These roads have given my old tires a total of 6 flats within the span of 1 year, and the fact that I ride a Hybrid bike with (700-32c) rims did not help.Now I was a little bit iffy about purchasing new tires especially for the premium price of 35$ per tire, but since my existing bike tires were already balding due to my bike being used previously/ridden everyday, I decided to bite the bullet and make the purchase. Plus these were the only tires I found on Amazon that were 700-32c and had an actual Tread on them.These tires make Houston look like the safest place to bike on, and thats no exaggeration.1. I’d like to say many people have trouble putting on tires but I’d say thats normal, I put in these new tires with the same amount of ease as my other tires, all you need is 1 tire lever, and some air in the tube to prevent it getting caught in between the rim and the wire bead. The tires were a perfect fit for my rim as well, again (700-32c.)2. These tires are not heavy at all, an aspect I love about 700-32c tires, I still retain my same average speeds a no-tread 700/32c could give me as well.3. The tread also gives me peace of mind knowing I’ll be save from any bad bump when I decide to go fast or any sort of random pebble/shard of glass I may not see, whether it be morning or night. The fact that these were the only tires on Amazon with this type of tread/capability (for a 700-32c tire) is astonishing and I applaud WTB for that. The tread also finally gives me the ability to go on dirt bike/park trails without worry of slipping.4. The tires are comfortable, functional, and practical, you wont feel like you’re constantly riding on disability platforms (the roads with bumps on them) when these tires are filled up with 60-80 PSI.All In all, I would highly recommend these tires for any Hybrid Bike Commuter/Cyclist that loves to go fast but also values safety and peace of mind in their ride, not just for 700-32x tires but for 26 as well.Buy these ASAP! The 70$ Free shipping price for 2 tires is worth it and i’d highly suggest buying it as a set (2 tires) for more peace of mind and safety.

Threw this on the front of my old 26" bike and the ride instantly leveled up. Super smooth on pavement but still holds it down on rough paths. Not too chunky, not too skinny—just right for city rides and random detours. Low-key, it shines best as a front tire. Handling’s crisp, corners feel locked in. Easy install, clean look. If you're reviving an old setup, this tire's a W.

Nice all around/ all terrain tire. Smooth on pavement yet has a decent tread for off pavement as well. I would recommend this tire.

I got tired of working against my mountain bike tires so I tried these. They roll much easier and are good for most of the terrain I ride. I bought a pair at a reasonable price, but when I came back to buy more they were 50% higher which is not at all competitive with similar tires.

Straight foward to mount on my wheel. Runs fine. So far, handled OK on about a dozen 1-hour rides over NYC potholes.

Great tires, use them on my 90’s miyita, great loose surface performance, good on light snow, not great on deeper snow obviously. Great price as well!

Most multi-purpose tires are just less-aggressive versions of MTB tread. The overlapping-Y tread design on this model strikes me as a smarter way to go. Fairly smooth on pavement, adequate for easy trails, a reasonable compromise. Not marketed as puncture resistant, but I've been happy (lucky?) with very few punctures in my glass-strewn city. Tread life has been satisfactory (sorry, I don't track mileage). I've installed two sets on two different WTB rim models with ease. With good technique, it can be done without levers. Watch for proper seating; I've found them a little fussier than most tires. I bought my two sets a year apart, and both times these were the clear winner. Next time I need tires, I'll probably look around a bit...but if I had to buy a tire tomorrow, I'd go with WTB All Terrain without hesitation.

Ok for the price. Not very good rolling resistance.
