A very good book for novices or pro's.
The writer does a very good job with instructions and is very clear with regards to how to make a cut. Also there is basic training on knife care included. Overall a very good book for anyone looking to start moving wood with a knife!

This book makes it easy to start whittling. Projects are extremely easy to follow, and amazingly quick to produce. Save money and consider used. You will grow out of it quickly, after you realize how easy it is to start. None the less, it's we'll worth it, for the right price.

Front half of the book is great. After that we’re expected to use power tools to create a sharped blank to then just whittle the corners off of? What is this?
