No Instructions- Watch YouTube
Hi peeps. I don't necessarily have the exact video that would get you lined up for understanding these connections, but by searching YouTube, you can find a few that will make sense out of it (including how to get the blue light to not stay lit up even while off). I believe these switches will ROCK once properly installed. I've tested mine and it seems to be working fine (I actually didn't test all 4 switches but..)It's a shame they don't have a white version of these or some of the brand's other configurations of switches. I may end up painting this thing white all over cuz my entire space is white, white plates on outlets, everything. One tip ( if it can be called that) is to get this with the opportunity to expand onto the amount of appliances connected to it (so maybe you only have 2 or 3 things you know you are going to connect to it but the other blank rockers are there just in case you want to add something interesting to your spot in a few years time). I think that's a great idea and have done that myself.Really think about the accessibly of these switches and which switch will need to be accessed most frequently, from what hand position, etc. I have this at the entryway of my fan which is also to the side of the sink. So I want the main lights to be on the left and close to me when I enter the van ( also turns off by a connected dimmer switch elsewhere) and then I have my fan second and my kitchen lights on the far right (since it's closest to my hands while I'm turned the other way and stepped up into the kitchen space. So, the 3rd switch is left open which is a bit more easily accessible while standing inside the space, and up the step of the van. The fans are left on much of the time your in it, so that's why I have it close to the main lights to hit when you enter (it won't need to be closer to the living space area and accessed that way because I won't be turning them off until I leave!) So that's just my own example.Think about I'd you want that blue light on or off (especially if you will be sleeping nearby it or in a small space near it (van?) ya.. probably want that idle mode light to be turned off , and that's a really easy disconnect of 4 wires I believe.)Wish this company made dimmers, or do they? But this is a nice unit that simplifies a control station for diy projects, boat, rv, etc. Also- it's VERY CONVENIENT that they have all the wires hooked up in the back already, while leaving the gaps for the inputs!!!!

Great Addition To Custom Dash
Looks awesome in the custom dash of my trail Jeep! Sturdy, easy to install. Lights are not overly bright making it perfect!

Better than expected
Seems to be very good quality. I used this to make a trailer light test box and to power up the trailer interior lights from an external source, no issues.

Great switches, screws not marine grade
Switches were solid and easy to install, hardware rusted after only one outing on the boat though so minus one star for that.

good little switch bank -They Work!
building my console and they are installing and wiring great - tough on the cut outs and clearance when setting up but function seems good/simple. I'll be updating once console complete and installed/working full time - then apply a five star if they stand up over time.UPDATE* switch banks have been set and on the water for about 4 weeks. Working Great, and holding up to the weather & temp changes as well as rain (past 4 weeks temps 40-75 degrees - wide range). The switch banks lights look good and work well in the evening and at night when I'm catfishing and catching bait fish. So far so good - well worth the cost vs. other brands and more costly options at the boat store'.

Wish I could have kept them
It's a nice set of switches. I had to return them only because I didn't have any place to put them and I decided that I wanted to install them on my pillar instead. I really liked the way the colors looked and it seemed like it was really made nicely.
