The bottle packaging is not ugly. It’s actually kind of nice. I have no way of evaluating the quality of the ingredients. My doctor recommended riboflavin to prevent migraines. For those of you out there looking for migraine relief, here are two things that have helped me: 1) Ubrelvy, prescription medication. I was taking triptans and they weren’t working. This one is sometimes able to stop migraines from getting bad, especially after the second dose. 2) Headache Hat - that is the dorky product name, but it really helps. It’s a wrap-around ice pack with Velcro that you can position various ways around your head and neck. It’s not really a hat but a very wide headband. The ice really helps my migraines. I hope one of these helps you!

My poor husband suffers from constant headaches that may turn into migraines, for which he's been prescribed analgesics. I was determined to find an herbal aid or supplement that may help with controlling, preventing the headaches or help somehow for them to be more manageable in terms of pain or discomfort: I FOUND THE RIGHT THING. I couldn't be any more pleased with the product! It allowed (eventually) to even lower the daily intake of analgesics, which is great. It has also prevented headaches to turn into migraines (down to 1-2 in the last 4 months). Now, you need consider that as with any other substance, that effects are different to each organism, but if you're able to take Vitamin B2, it's definitely worth a try. My husband appreciated that the Enzymathic Therapy caps came in 400mg tablet (the daily Vit B2 intake suggested for adults), so he only needs to take the ONE tab a day, instead of four 100mg that other companies offer.
