Since becoming menopausal over the last year, I have suffered from a lot of symptoms which I never experienced before, constant thrush, recurrent uti, discomfort, itchiness, soreness, losing my sense of femininity was worse. I spent a lot of money on so many over the counter products with no effect, even the vaginal oestrogen did not help a lot. I came across this when I read a review on Amazon two weeks ago, I was yet again about to try and buy a canesten product and review stated that this helped a lot instead of the canesten product. I’m very glad I decided to give it a go, within a week of using this product I’ve gotten some sense of my old self and normality back again, not quite there yet but I’m a work in progress. I will definitely continue to use this, I highly recommend this to anyone who is suffering from menopausal dryness.

LITERALLY LIFE CHANGING!!! I have been struggling with recurrent yeast infections right before I get my cycle on and off for years. I tried literally every recommendation — low sugar diet, cotton underwear, showering/changing immediately after the gym, etc… nothing worked. I am extremely healthy and fit, so I could NOT figure out why nothing I was doing was working. I was hesitant to go the medical route after trying difulcan for several months and having the yeast STILL come back. I thought there must be another way. After doing extensive research, I found studies showing that recurrent yeast infections are linked to continue overgrowth inside the gut which basically travels to “down there”. This was when I had my “EUREKA!” moment, as I took antibiotics as a teen for acne for YEARS. I was hesitant to believe that something could be a cure all, but since I realized that the yeast in the gut was likely the root problem, I realized I had to look at restoring my gut rather than just treating the infections (which always came back). Looking into the science, I found two probiotic strains that have been proven scientifically to be very effective against candida in the gut: Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus GR-1 and Limosilactobacillus reuteri RC-14. This is how I found this amazing product, as Fem-Dophilus contains both. I was excited but extremely skeptical after trying so many different products and solutions, but within a month of taking, I couldn’t believe it — I was FINALLY yeast infection FREE before my period for the first time in months!! This probiotic TRULY works and has improved my quality of life. I actually stopped it after a month because I thought it may be a coincidence and of course I ended up with an infection (proving it was really working for me). After starting back on it, I have not had any issues in months! I swear by this probiotic and will take this for many years to come to hopefully restore a healthier gut balance after antibiotics. I wish more women knew about this amazing product, especially if they’ve been on high dose or long term antibiotics! If you’re struggling with chronic or recurrent yeast, trust me — this product really works!

I have struggled with ongoing yeast infections / soreness, from being on long term medication. I’ve tried lots of different probiotic formulas, and recently discovered the specific strains needed for good intimate area health, which this product contains. I started with two capsules a day, and increased to three, when I wasn’t seeing a lot of improvement. Two days after upping them to three, all my soreness, itching, stinging, had gone. I’m a tall woman, so presume as I am bigger, two didn’t do the job, but three did, due to me having more height and mass than average height women. Unfortunately when I ordered my second pot, I went for the 60 (better value), I was sent one pot of 30. As these are not sold by Amazon, a second pot of 30 (to make up the difference of not being sent the 60 I paid for), could not be sent by Jarrow Formulas, Amazon advised me. Instead I had to go to the hassle of sending it back for a refund, and then reordering again - hoping that this time they actually send the pot of 60 I paid for. What a waste of a product, as I’m not sure they would be legally able to resell the returned pot. I would have given 5 stars for this product, but due to the hassle I’ve endured, I’ve knocked it down to four.

This product came to me recommended by my gynecologist. I bought the product immediately. It was delivered the next day. It is very gentle on the stomach and has relieved some of the symptoms that I needed it for going through menopause. I kept thinking I either had a yeast infection or BV I kept getting tested my tests were negative and it turns out I am just menopausal. I am not that sexually active, but she recommended taking this on a daily basis and the itchiness and mild odor definitely went away within a week of taking this. I also recommended it to my daughter who goes through the same issues I’ve had no side effects and you get a 60 day supply. I will definitely be buying this again great addition to your daily routine. I’ve also noticed some regularity in my bowel movements I don’t know if that’s a plus bonus with this, but I was having occasional constipation and now I’m noticing more regularity.
