The capsule is an inch long, but is super smooth so it goes down without issues for me. I do not take the full dosage, and I don't need these every day. If I start to feel my peri-menopause symptoms (due to hormonal fluctuations occuring during the month), I will take one a day for a few days to ward those off. So far, this supplement helps me with that regimen. I did try a lot of other supplements that promised to help with peri symptoms, but this is the one that actually works for me, so I've returned to it and will continue to use as long as I need it. (If anyone is wondering, I am not on HRT nor on any prescriptions for my symptoms, so I'm happy to have found something that is really helping and not a mental load to use).
