Physicians Formula Butter Believe It! Foundation + Concealer Light | Dermatologist Tested, Clinicially Tested

One of the most important things to note regarding this foundation is that you must shake it up really really good. If the product comes out and it's runny then you need to shake some more. You have to do this every single time you use it. One more thing of importance is that it DOES have fragrance. The fragrance is not light but not excessive. It's a moderate level of fragrance. If you like the smell of the butter bronzers then you will like this. I bought the shade light and After wearing this for several days in a row I have decided that it is one of my favorites. The coverage is medium full to completely full... it is also long wearing but not completely transfer proof but it still does good even while wearing a mask. I have combination skin and it does great on my type. I've worn it with and without primers and they both look and wear equally good. The consistency is a bit thick but that's not a bad thing. It's not greasy and I've not had any breakouts. I've used my fingers and a beauty blender and a brush to apply this and they all work well but my favorite is using a brush. Make sure that you don't use too much product because if you do, it can become slightly cakey and it's easy to do with this foundation. Start out with a small amount. I did have a small amount of settling around my laugh lines but it wasn't a big deal at all because most foundations settle there on me. I haven't noticed any oxidation at all. It is not matte but not dewy either... It's kind of a satin finish that you can either set with powder or not. It has enough coverage that you absolutely do not need concealer. This shade light is almost too light for me. If it wasn't the winter time then I don't think I would be able to wear this shade... If I bronzer it's not noticable. I would like to see what the "light medium" shade looks like at some point. I wish they hadca better shade range so everyone could use it. Keep in mind that this light shade was almost too light for. Here are some examples of the other shades I wear in other brands just got reference. If you are a lightish medium you may need to get the light medium shade... especially in the summer. In wet n wild photo focus I wear soft beige. Revlon color stay 180. Colourpop pretty fresh 50w. Maybelline super stay 118. Neutrogena healthy foundation LN3. Catrice 030 sand beige. Missha bb 23. Natasha Denona matte 22w. Covergirl milk light-medium. Covergirl matte bb cream I wear light-medium. I hope that helps some.

Very light but lasts all day, this is a good summer foundation. Doesn't feel like I'm wearing anything but provides full coverage. Love it! Highly Recommend

Very nice coverage, hydrating, goes on like liquid silk. Pleasant, mild fragrance. Love the pump bottle delivery; it keeps the product fresh. For my coloring, though, this product didn't work. I bought the light-medium first since this is summertime. It was very orange on my skin. Then I tried the light, which was much better but still has a definite golden undertone, which isn't right for me. I think if you have cool undertones to your skin, you might not find the colors made so far a good match.

Great color match and coverage. Has a matte finish, which is great for oily skin. I use the powder and the setting spray from the same line and it lasts all day without touch up. Love it.

I’ve used the Healthy Foundation for years and was hoping this would be a good replacement since that line was discontinued, but the smell is just so strong. An intense mix between coconut and buttered popcorn jelly beans. Like something you would buy at Claire’s. It also looks very cakey and doesn’t have the spf protection the other foundation did. Disappointing to see the brand going in this direction.

I bought the light (I’m usually medium tones), only got light because I went by their color chart, but it’s many shades lighter than it appears online. I’m going to buy the medium tone and will have to blend both. One thing for certain: DO NO APPLY WITH HANDS. Please use a good quality blending sponge. I find that using my hands left this cakey, dry, too thick, unflattering and wasteful! A blending sponge will help with absorbency and blend as well as distribution and you’re not wasting it by getting it all over hands, (which is extremely hard to wash off), perhaps I did not shake the bottle enough? Additionally, it will stain your towels so beware! ! I will shake it a lot more next time and fill try blending both light and medium. I looked like a geisha! Thankfully I had bronzer to assist.

I love the great coverage and creamy consistency of this product. Unfortunately the lightest shade offered was much darker than my fair skin color and was almost an orange tint. Too bad because otherwise I was impressed with the coverage.

It has made me want to go back to playing with make up again. It smells great. It goes on smooth and I like that. You can add extra layers if you need to. Just remember to start off light and you can always add on. It’s amazing.

Fondotinta molto bello, coprente ed idratante, opaco ma ricco di burri per la pelle. Non idoneo per pelli grasse, perfetto per pelli secche. Non metti 5 stelle solo perché il colore in foto è molto diverso da quello reale. Ho preso il colore light ed andrebbe bene se non fosse così giallino! Va bene per sottotono caldo, assolutamente no per chi come me ha sottotono freddo (rosa).
