Do these provide resistance when training swimming laps? 🏊♀️

I don’t know about that but I do know they don’t have any traction so they are no use for paddling.

They're not lined with anything warm (just neoprene), but they keep your hands out of the wind/water. I used them on a full moon kayak trip in February (at Point Reyes, CA) and they worked great.

Sizingi wear a size 6 in riding gloves. Do I order a small?

Not sure about riding gloves. I am 5.7, weigh 134 pounds and wear a size 4-6. I ordered M and exchanged it for S. Some people in the pictures have jackets that are too big. It needs to be extremely tight to protect against the cold water. I love mine.

Sizes small but functional

These were sized very small. I have small hands but they were uncomfortably tight. Otherwise material & sewing seems fine. I wanted to use for ocean swims & if they fit would be good for that.

Poor quality material and stitching- don’t waste your money / time!

This looked good initially but the quality of the material and stitching is really poor. I’m beginning to give up on Amazon where prices are high but quality is poor. This was delivered May 31 and today is Jun 11. The Velcro is coming off on one glove and mysterious holes are showing up in the other.
