This holder was very easy to install. It took us less than 10 minutes, but we did use our own screws and hardware rather than the ones that came with it. It looks exactly as pictured, and it is a thick plastic material. We’ve had it for a few months now, and it’s not showing any scuffs or ware to the material. It’s good quality. I’d expect it to last a long time. As for actual usage, it can be a little tricky getting things in and out of the holder. Ours hold a broom, dust pan, and two mops. All of which have thin handles and aren’t heavy, but I still have a hard time getting them in and out. I don’t know what you’d call them exactly, but the “balls” that hold things in place don’t move as smoothly as I expected them too. I have to push the ball up from the bottom and hold it exactly where I want it to get things in and out. I’ve never had one of these before, so I’m not sure if it’s normal for broom holders to have that resistance. It’s definitely not a major problem, and it sure beats my broom just leaning against the wall. I’m also not huge fan of the hooks. I think they could’ve been placed a little better, but again, not a big problem. Overall, we’ve enjoyed it, and it’s a big help with organizing. Definitely makes the area look more put together and saves floor space.

Great product at a great price, it included 3 different type of screws and 2 different kind of wall anchors. A video is available for online instructions, and they give you instructions on paper with a template. I’ll be buying again.

It was very easy to install but the "guarantee not to slip. ever." slogan is kind of funny when you are watching your utility to mop slowly slip down to the ground.
