They were alive and pretty active as it was a warm day and they’d been sitting on the porch for a while. I misted them with water then put them in the fridge until dusk. Even though it had rained earlier I sprayed the plants where I was releasing them. Cut a hole in the corner of the bag and started shaking them out onto my plants. They were very quiet from being in the fridge but started to get lively again as they warmed up. Hopefully they’ll like my garden and hang out for a while.

They were all very active ladybugs. I really thought I would have some dead ones due to shipping in this heat. They went to work immediately on the aphids.

We had a infestation on our roses, that are actually surrounded by ladybug friendly plants, and decided to try these. Well, we put them out in the evening following all the instructions, and the morning after we could find only 2 ladybugs left. It felt like throwing money in the sky. Not worth.

I put them in the fridge as described, left for about 2 hours, misted the area with Aphids, added a few rocks around the plant bases and released, they started coming out the second I opened the bag, was zero dead ones. arrived withing 3 days. comes with a cool book with details about them and also lots of other bugs they sell.

Arrived early. Usually good. I had to put them in the fridge for less than 48 hours, and at least half, up to 3/4 of them were dead when I released them. They all seemed alive when I got them. :/ now I have a bunch of dead lady bugs all over my plants. Maybe my fridge was too cold, I don’t know. I did get to watch some ants have a feast on a few dead ones.
