Good quality BCAA
Good quality Leucine. Yes, it tastes like *#@&! BUT it is good for you and does help in the long run, plus powered in thr tub is a better deal. Almost all of these supplements taste nasty, which is why they are in pill form. So, if you don't like the taste either get the pill form or mix it in something with a stronger taste, like OJ or pineapple juice.

Buy Only If You’re Serious about Nutrition and Don’t expect Supplements to taste like Treats
I prefer to make my own stack - I don’t care for pre-mixed powders (with sugars, artificial sweeteners or stimulants like caffeine etc.) and I want to purchase items made (or at least packed) in the USA or a place with similar safety standards. This is the rare stuff that fits my needs. For those who have yet to take unflavored pure supplement powders - you are stepping into the realm of the unknown. So here’s the deal:“Unflavored” doesn’t mean tasteless, it means there’s no extra flavoring added. This stuff smells and perhaps tastes a little bit like stinky cheese without the sweetness, it tastes somewhat bitter as well - “Dissolves” easily doesn’t mean it will mix with water like Kool-aid, you could stir with a spoon into a cup of water and immediately chug (it will float up if left too long), but it will be absolutely fine in your shaker bottle with a few shakes. If you’re serious about your supplement regimen, results focused, and monitoring your intake (both macro and micro-nutrients) Or just drink your coffee black, no sweetener: you can handle it.Also, if you haven’t done so and it fits into your plan, I recommend first trying other unflavored/pure powders from this brand, like the Creatine Monohydrate, to get your toes wet before this stuff. If you’re looking for a tasty, sweet treat to put in your shaker because that’s what your mind is set on, you will need to mix it in with something else that gives you that sensation - but this might not be the product you’re looking for in the first place. For those who remain: mix it in with pure whey protein for your after workout shake - it will help with recovery.

Mix with something besides water!
Be sure to mix this powder with something besides water. It tastes horrible when mixed with water

Great addition to my whey protein
There are many studies that state that L-leucine has very important anabolic effects when taking it close to your workouts, and even though whey protein contains L-leucine, adding some extra will balance the absorbtion and messaging to the cells to grow.I'm still trying the results, I can say they are not as noticeable just yet to difference them from a placebo effect, but on the other hand, this mixes great with my protein shake, has no flavor at all, there is no texture to it as it is super thin, and the price per serving is almost nothing, so it is worth trying.I'm a hard gainer, it is really hard to me to put some weight, and I gained around 4 pounds since I'm taking this every morning before my trainings, still can't fully tell if this is making the difference or it's just a weight bounce and I will be back in a month, but I will definitely try to keep everything the same and I'll come back to this review to update you.

Leucine
The product seems to increase muscle mass while the supplementation continues.

Writing a review while taking this with water
I should’ve read the reviews about the tips this is probably the worse thing I’m gonna consume in my lifetime

Excellent taste
I dump a scoop in my mouth and wash it down with water. Not that bad compared to some aminos like L-Arginine.

NutriCost Cheated Me Out of 36 Servings of L-Leucine Powder:
I kept track of the number of servings I used out of this bottle of L-Leucine powder by NutriCost. The front of the bottle says that it contains 100 servings. Well, I used the supplied scoop scraping off any excess powder off of the top of the scoop using the back of a butter knife so that the serving of powder in the scoop was exactly level with the top of it making each serving I used 5 Grams the size of one serving as printed on the front of the bottle, and I only got 64 servings. This means that NutriCost cheated me out of 36 servings. I paid $21.95 for 100 servings of L-Leucine, but I only got $14.05 worth of it, and I got cheated out of $7.90.This makes me wonder how many other bottles full of powder sold by NutriCost claiming to contain a certain number of servings really contain far fewer servings than advertised cheating us out of our hard earned money and padding the pockets/bank accounts of NutriCost?I think I will look for another more honest company to get my supplement powders from going forward.
