Great book, awful condition
I purchased this book for a present and I received it on a very poor condition (after spending more than $40 on it). Very disappointing.Regarding the book and its content, is great and quite recommendable (if you can purchase it on other places).

It's not the magic that makes it work - it's the way we work that makes it magic
Even the idea itself: "What if Disney would run my business" keeps me awake and focussed on why and how i do the things i do. Great approach and wake up call.
