I was disappointed when these arrived. I thought they'd be made from thicker material. But I've tried one as a scarf. It seems OK. Does the job. But I still think the material is quite thin and not totally wind-proof.

This is a well-made face scarf that is made of good materials and made strong. It is comfortable, lightweight and snug. Perfect! If you were going camping, hiking, biking or even water sports

Great value, well made, work much easier than traditional masks, which is perfect if one has a disability.Easy to put up and down as needed, simplicity itself.One could use them as protection from the wind, however not sure that they would be warm enough in cold weather.I purchased them due to the lightness, and though light and thinner material, which is what I required, that doesn’t equal cheaply made.Time will tell as to durability, haven’t had to wash yet but can’t foresee any problems.
