I've been buying this brand for a few years now, and it usually helps to calm me at bedtime so I can drift off to sleep. Factors like stress, anxiety, overstimulation or being on the computer at night affect my ability to go to sleep, so because of these, it doesn't always help me get to sleep. I would definitely recommend this product to help calm and relax at bedtime. I tried another brand and it did nothing for me.

The same great ingredients as more expensive brands with the same great results. There's no reason to spend more when Adaptogen Research is also gluten free, uses non-gmo and vegetarian ingredients. I'm so glad I found this brand on Amazon.

Excellent item - works very well in our family. Most Americans are deficient in magnesium - this supplement is gentle on the stomach which is a huge plus with magnesium! Highly recommended!
