I take one at night, don't really notice any problems during the daytime with how I feel. Just stops that histamine reaction from freaking out. Works great, no problems, very good.

I've suffered with allergies my whole life: hay fever, seasonal, pollen, etc. When I got my dogs about 10 years ago, pet dander made my life hell. I've taken every medication on the market.
