Unit leaks
I have bought two of these now, and both leaked within the first two months. It's a good thing I saw it leaking, or my floors could have been destroyed. The issue is with the expansion tank inside the unit. It fails and water comes out of the air relief holes. I checked the water pressure of my home, and I am at 50psi, which is well within the operating levels. Also I added a flow restriction device before the units to prevent water hammers, but the unit still failed. Don't risk your home for this. Avoid!!!!

Under counter instant hot.
Replace my old one with the same unit. The new one has newer features and was easy to replace. Even used the existing faucet. Heats up quicker.

Cheaper replacement to Rohl
My Rohl hot water dispenser stopped working. The replacement unit was backordered for months. I found this unit on Amazon and based on the design and cost, I bought as a replacement. The size is almost identical although the mounting screws are not in the same location. The hoses connectors are not identical to Rohl but I was able to connect with the existing line with some washers and a tight connection. The main complaint is that the actual water temperature coming from the unit is a few degrees lower than the desired temperature. The unit does not feel as well insulated as it often warm to the touch.Given the price and availability though, this was a reasonable replacement and something I would likely keep around.

Poured out water
It not only leaked, the water poured out. Yes. It was installed professionally. The seal on the bottom was broke. We bought a different one from another dealer.

Perfect!
So easy to install and works great! The reheating noise is a little loud but totally worth it

I’ve been happy with this product
The first one of these lasted 6 years before it started leaking. I just bought another one to replace the original one. We get hot water instantly which is what we want. Gets a lot of use in my house.

Boils over
Every so often the heater will start boiling and spewing hot boiling water and steam out of the spout (very dangerous), even when is set to lower than boiling temperatures. The remedy was the unplug it, fill it up with water and then plug it back in.This was working for the first year. after a while the boiling over occurred more and more frequently to the point that it is no longer usable.I wrote an email to the manufacturer Westbrass and they came back with a request for more information, which I provided, and I never heard from them again. I sent a few more emails, but no reply. Now I have to find another device and probably chuck this one to the trash/
