Habe es jetzt schon viele Male darin gemacht und es ist immer sehr lecker geworden, eben ohne den Aufwand, es zwischendurch runterdrücken zu müssen. Durch den Ausschluss von Sauerstoff bildet sich nicht mal Kahmhefe darauf; es bleibt genießbar und frisch.

Looking at various different kimchi containers this is by far the best quality plastic with suction containment. These are somewhat the ones you might find at the Asian grocery store that are specific for kimchi, but I tell you these are much better quality and are worth it for the price we’ve used these for the last few years and hold 4 to 6 quarters of kimchi. And based on our experience, these will last quite a long time. We even use these also for a storage of soups or large batch cooks. However, once you use this for kimchi, the container will smell.

Excellent container for your ferments. Clever insert lid with a hole to let out excess of air and liquids during fermentation with a rubber gasket around it too keep the content in place. Handy size to keep it in the fridge and quality of kimchi speaks for it. Definitely recommend

Husband makes kimchi all the time. This works absolutely beautifully. Good quality and is a great size. Easy to clean. Small enough to store.
