how are these adult pull-ups for absorbing wetness with the thickness of them

I have to say, they are not perfect. We still get lots of leaks/ over flowing. But they are the best I’ve found so far on this difficult task

Do you have these in x large please?

Currently we have L size to fit hip size from 41 Inches to 51 Inches and M size to fit hip size from 29 Inches to 51 Inches. Please see below the amazon link for the L size, you can see the measurements in Inches and cms there to check if our Large size can fit you. Hope this helps. Many thanks. https://www.amazon.co.uk/ComfyLife-Premium-Incontinence-Diaper-Absorbency/dp/B07PNK8CXZ/ref=sr_1_49?crid=EEGKI7LGD4X1&keywords=pull+up+pants+adults&qid=1565881400&s=gateway&sprefix=pullup+pants+ad%2Caps%2C140&sr=8-49
