This stuff really works!
My mother bought me this bar shampoo because she has seen a big increase in her hair. I have used it about a month, went to my hairdresser who I have had about 20 years and she told me she has never seen me with as much hair as I currently have! Winning! It smells good and provides a great sudsing!

Great for curl routine
Kinda expensive but smells so good and feels great. It makes my hair feel really healthy and has been helping turn my waves into curls. Only downside is the soap is always in and out of stock.

awful, bar soap is not meant for hair
soap is never meant to be used as shampoo. Period. I tried several, hoping I could move away from liquid shampoo. No matter which brand, they always left a film, that easily turned my hair greasy, as well as my brush covered with a white coating. No, I am not going to do that extra step with rinsing with a vinegar wash - irritating to the skin. The surprising thing that occurred, was that it made the skin on my EARS breakout! Who would have thunk!

Best Shampoo to combat dandruff and itching when transitioning to the curly girl method!
A few months ago I started the curly girl method. I started by using diva curl low poo shampoo. However, I started getting horrible dandruff and itching, which I had never had before in my life. I was about to give up on the curly girl method when I decided to order some chagrin shampoo bars. Now I use their shampoo bars every few days and the itchiness has almost entirely disappeared and the dandruff has significantly declined and it seems to get better with every use. My favorite bar so far is the ayurvedic shampoo bar. Highly recommend if you are transitioning to the curly girl method!

Healthy hair & great smelling shampoo bar
I really like the herbal scent of this bar shampoo. I am trying to not use plastic bottles as recycling has gotten so restrictive and it's better not to use the plastic in the first place. I get good lather and a clean feeling. With really long hair I have to use a vinegar rinse or conditioner so my hair doesn't tangle. I would buy again.
