Great for Salmon
I used these to smoke salmon in a Ninja smoker and they worked great! I used some thinly sliced lemon on one and nothing on the other. The one with lemon allowed the skin to stay on the planks and the other held the skin down which make it easy to pull the salmon off. You can’t really clean these for a second use and I threw them away after we cooked, but for the price they are worth it! They are super light and have a good amount of room for a smaller piece of salmon.

Like it
I like how it gave my salmon that oak flavor but it’s supposed be free soak and it still caught on fire. The one pictured is the one that didn’t caught on fire. Wood is a bit small to fit my salmon. Husband said just go to Home Depot and buy the wood.
