The LED strips look good, and are easy to set up, however difficult to connect with an amazon alexa as they require a 2.4ghz wifi connection and they never fully turn off, which could be distracting.

These are really good. I do prefer the RGBIC lights which will show multiple colours but I thought for the ceiling these would be better. They are super bright, you can see in the video they light up the whole room. That's on full brightness, I actually have them on 20% brightness normally. They connected to Tuya straight away and voice controls work great, although you need to create scenes in Tuya to switch to anything other than solid colours but once it's done you can switch to the different transitions with voice commands. Very happy with these. First time I've bought LED strips from anywhere other than AliExpress They were twice the price on Amazon but I wanted these ones quickly to get my room finished. Still for £20 they weren't exactly expensive and still worth it for a 20m roll with a 24v power supply.

The lights were pretty easy to stick up compared to others I have used in the past and are flexible enough to go round corners etc. Easy to setup with App and link to Alexa, so these light up the stairs when movement is detected. Would have been 5 starts if it wasn't for the remote control, it's so flimsy and most of the time there is no response from the lights. So forgot about the remote and just use the app or Alexa for controling the lights.

I was very suprised that there was no connectors provided . It should be flexible and bendable . I had stick them to the wall as usual taking my time . When I turn them on they had different colour after every bend , every corner . Decide to buy connectors , cut stripes in right places , connected again and same story . The worst quality led strip lights I ever touch . Not reccomended to anyone either to diyer or proffesionals . My dauther was so dissapointed that her birthday gift is not working properly .

Very happy with this purchase. It took some time to decide which to buy as there are so many similar products available. Chose this one as it’s got Alexa integration, Wi-Fi with a good app, an IR remote, and manual operation on the control box itself - all bases covered! Installation around the ceiling of my daughters bedroom took 5-10 mins thanks to the self adhesive backing tape (no need for the included clips). Everything worked perfectly when plugged in. Next step was pairing the Wi-Fi/app. This was fiddly but worked. Just follow the instructions. The lights are now fully integrated into our Alexa setup meaning they come on with her morning alarm, go off at bedtime etc. I also installed the app on daughters own phone so she has fun with the sound active mode and disco lighting modes etc. All in all highly recommended! Only gripe is the short power cable. Just 1.5m from wall socket to control box. The currently huge fad for kids wanting these lights around their ceilings (all her friends have it, but not this swish Alexa voice controlled version!) requires a longer power cable. Hopefully the manufacturer will correct this minor flaw.

This lights are bright that the pro’s but for the con’s doesn’t have it’s own app and works via smart life, you get a high pitch sound from the plug whenever you change the colour or use any other feature, I had to send one back because it was faulty but the next one was no different but I’d put it up and couldn’t be bothered sending it back, so be warned.

The only downside is that the remote control seems very flimsy and cheap. Also, it says "Qucik" instead of "Quick". Very minor issue. It connects via WiFi and not Bluetooth. (Similar to Google Chromecast, Amazon Fire Stick, etc). The app is very simple to scan from the controller box, and is very simple to set up. On the app, one can set an timer or schedule for the lights to turn on/off. The app has more simpler features than the remote control. The stickiness of the adhesive is VERY sticky and will even (unintentionally) stick to sweaty fingers trying to adhere the lights to the wall. The colours, I feel, are a bit off. For example, the orange, is more of a medium yellow. There is no "white", it's more of a very light blue.

These do everyone I had hoped for. The 20m length spans all the way around my games room, and can also be cut (at the marked lines) if they are too long. The produce a great bright light in every colour of the rainbow. Easily controlled by the remote control, but also connected up with no problem at all to my Alexa device, which is able to control the power, colour and brightness.
