I use this in my Breeze XL litter system and it is amazing! I literally never smell anything at all! As you can see from the photo I do mix Naturally Fresh Walnut Shell pellets in with the Breeze pellets on the top layer and just Breeze pellets just below that (not in the pull out tray but above the grate). I use Fresh Step crystals over the pee pad in the pull out tray. With this device there has been zero dust and dust tracking and no noticeable odors! Three cats use one box! I do scoop the solids off of the top and dirty crystals off of the pad once a day. I see a few people saying that this device could be dangerous so I did my homework. The O3 put off by this device is WAY below fda and fcc max allowed for safety. Amazingly after a few days as the company states it’s still extremely effective in controlling odors. Since I am using a plant based mixture I also love the fact that it keeps mold from growing and kills any surprise tiny mites that can sometimes show up in plant based litters. (The liquids draining feature of this litter box also helps) I had a horrible experience with this when I used a corn based litter. This is a great bonus! If you’re still concerned about safety the little machine immediately cuts off as soon as a cat gets in the box. It has proven to be absolutely reliable! I was seriously considering getting another $500 plus automatic litter box despite throwing the last three out due to constantly having to take them apart and clean them and still scoop out waste just bc some now feature litter sanitation. This little machine has literally saved me hundreds of dollars bc now I don’t need an expensive box for that feature! I am thoroughly impressed with this little device and can not recommend it enough!

So far this product seems to be working well. It was placed in a very small area inside a walk in closet. It was placed on the wall directly above a large litter box. The decrease in urine odor has been notable. I am considering buying a second one to place near two other litter boxes that are in a more open and exposed area.

works well to eliminate odors. however, I bought 2, the first one lasted about 2 years and the second one only about 3 months! in both cases I could not charge anymore. the plug to charge is very flimsy.

I’ve had this little device after seeing the results from my sisters who’s a mom to 4 cats. I purchased mine last year (July 2024) and it’s still going strong. Keep in mind, poop does in deed stink, what this product does is after the cat covers their business tills eliminate the scent after a few minutes (I’ve calculated anywhere between 30-45 minutes depending on how bad the poo was). I never smell pee unless my lil monsters aim is off and pees out of the litter and even so only after the device stops working because it needs to be charged. Compared to other pricier options out there this is a good value for the money asked.

I have been trying to find a solution to the dusty smell and actual dust in the air plus the nasty cat urine smell (non clunking litter means urine stink as the gel silica absorbs it). Besides buying a litter box cabinet and switching back to clumping litter and sprinkling a deodorizer on top the dust was still a problem (and yes even a hint or urine)… i bought two of these charged them as soon as they arrived and placed them both inside the litter box cabinet (which has an open side at all times of course for kitty to come in and out) Normally I’d come home from a days work and smell dust and pee from across the house. This completely has eliminated that! I can lay on the couch being less than 3 feet away from the litter box and not smell a thing!! I am so thankful! So thankful! I was starting to feel resentment that I could t enjoy a clean good smelling house no matter how much i scooped. The dust also wasn’t helping my asthma. 100% recommended! Also, to those negative reviews about it making a steady high pitch south after a while. Simply turn it off and blow really hard into the small holes (close your eyes) this is dust making the tiny round openings more narrow as it accumulates so it acts like a little flute/ piccolo instrument creating a whistling sound. Just blow the dust out, wipe clean with hands or just a try towel (i wouldn’t use water) and turn it back on and the sound is gone!

So even though I knew it was only going to work at 80% efficiency in clearing odor from my cat litter box, I still had hoped for a better result than what I have smelled so far in this approximate two week window that I have given the device to prove itself. Considering that my one adult male cat generally poops one time a day (at the most) and urinates fairly infrequently, & on top of that, add to it the fact that I change his litter box daily by removing any waste and flushing it. Then adding an 80% efficient air-purifier/ odor-remover, you would believe that there should be little to no odor at all after adding this device, but I literally could tell no difference at all. And I’m not embellishing or trying to make anyone look bad, it just did not improve anything that I can tell whatsoever. I had considered buying the better model that is supposed to work at 100% efficiency, but after seeing the results of what it’s supposed to be able to do at 80%, I doubt there is much difference at all and think that would be an even bigger waste of money sadly. I have considered buying another unit to add to this one and seeing if that would do anything. But mind you, the smell has never been bad to begin with so I don’t know that either one of these units was ever truly necessary from the start. The main reason I invested in this device was for on those days when the smell is a little worse than normal or the rare occasion when I don’t get a chance to clean as thoroughly as normal. So it wasn’t a necessity purchase & I’m relieved it wasn’t because I’d have been sorely disappointed. Personally, I believe you’re better off just cleaning your Cat litter box daily and I believe you will achieve the same result as with this device.
