FEAR NOT! Easy, tasty,....home run
I haven’t even left the table yet. The delicious flavor is still in my mouth. It was truly great for GLUTEN FREE . I had other BELLA products and knew it was for a single use. I’ve had many GF pizza crusts and 95% are hard to eat (my opinion). This was tasty, crispy and airy on the inside. I made a mistake early in preparing it. I accidentally read to add the yeast with the dry mix. Actually the directions state to add the yeast to the water first. In efforts to offset this, i par-baked the pizza with topping without the cheese for the first 10 minutes. Then when I felt the pizza was “dry enough” and had clearly risen somewhat, I added the cheese and put it back for the last 10 minutes. It will be a staple in my house from now on!!The toppings I used were on hand staples : pizza sauce, crumbled bacon, pinafore ple tid-bits, banana pepper rings, shaved red onion, then mozzarella cheese.*The other trick I used was to press out the liquid between paper towels for both the banana pepper rings and the pineapple tidbits. This keeps them for making the crust soggy, and also allows them to brown and carmelize on the edges. Enjoy—I sure did!

Tastes like cardboard left in a foot locker.
If you are a DESPERATE celiac sufferer, and you were otherwise out of food, I guess this would be ok. Otherwise, just order a pair of vintage shoes, throw them away, cut the box they came in into a round shape and put your toppings on that. Seriously. It will save you time and taste buds. Also, if you are looking for low carb/keto option- look elsewhere, this is 18g per serving. You might as well make the crust out of maple syrup. Never gave a 1 star review before, and now I see why people wish there were half stars.

Quality
We found this product last year at our local target store and was pleased to discover that is a local company. LOVE the crust. We have also tried the biscuits, cookies and blueberry scones. This is a great add to take camping or on the road since you can prepare the dough right in the container. Super bonus points for being GMO free. Very happy with the price point on Amazon. For one pizza crust
Didn't realize this was just for one pizza. Directions aren't real clear. It was actually good. Not good the second day tho.

Good pizza crust
This is the best gluten free pizza crust I have found so far. Easy to use. I followed the directions on the box. Wet hands with cold water to shape into crust. It will feel like mashed potatoes. Then I baked mine for 10 minutes then added toppings and baked for 10 more minutes. I also put garlic salt on crust before first baking it. I used a cast iron skillet and it made a nice crispy crust. It also warmed up nicely the next day.

Easy to make
This is the best pizza dough to use. I wanted mine with a little bit thicker crust, so I shaped it that way. Took a bit longer to bake, it was delicious!! Well worth the buy.

It's very tasty, but be flexible when preparing it.
Pizza, I found the dough to be very sticky and to wet for pizza dough. I'm going to try just one tablespoon of oil next time to see if that works better. I may even try letting it rise a bit before shaping it for the pizza pan.

Disappointed in the taste
I've made lots of gluten free pizzas and this mix was not the best tasting. I believe the pepperoni was the savior on this pizza.
