Great for the Steam Deck
Been using these with the steam deck and the experience has been great. The charging case is all metal and very nice feeling. The sound is great to my ears. No ANC but the passive noise isolation is still great. They recently came out with a firmware update where you can use the mic while using the low latency dongle so that's great. While I would not use it since the mic isn't that good, if you need it it's there and that's nice. if these had a longer battery life then I would use them for my long gaming sessions on my desktop, but for now, I use these primarily for my steam deck and they've been great for it. I also kind of wish these were a little bit louder but the volume is still respectable. These are comfy too and include 4 different sizes of earbuds. if you're looking for desktop earphones then I would probably stick to wired earphones since the battery life is only 4 hrs, but if you're looking for earphones for a handheld like steam deck or switch, then I recommend these.

Absolutely horrible experience (6 month review)
******WARNING******** DO NOT BUY THESE EARBUDS Pros: -Low Latency with dongle -Decent sound quality (if you can ever get them to work correctly) Cons: -Horrible Battery Life -You will need to pair them every time you fully charge them. For some reason when fully charged you will not longer be able to connect through bluetooth. Dongle will work. -You will need to pair them every couple of days or the max volume is 15%. I have tried every single fix for this including trying to get the latest firmware. Which is a PAIN IN THE ASS to do, -Touch controls on earbuds did not work (I assumed it didnt have any until i looked it up) -HORRIBLE mic quality -EPOS Gaming Suite is trash on PC. It is even worse on the app (which most of you will not use because the EPOS app on your phone will not connect to these buds) ***********DO NOT BUY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED**************

Ok, I Wanted To Love These
They looked nice, the case is solid, the charging and battery life was showing as good. But then I used them. So here's how my experience went - first paired them with my MacBook Pro and used that to listen to some music on both iTunes and Spotify - they had a good punchy bass sound to them and a very nice mid/high levels. I was excited to say the least because I was looking for a good set of wireless buds to pair with my Steam Deck. So then I tried them with my iPhone and iPad - again good quality, solid pairing and same nice punchy sounds. I tried a game on my iPhone and all was good. No noticeable latency between the screen and the audio - so far again I'm excited. Then I paired them with my Steam Deck/Switch and that is where things went tits up. First there was the fun of getting them paired in the first place. They did not want to no matter what I did. Then suddenly out of the blue - they just were paired with my Steam Deck. So let's try some games, fired up some Spider-man and initially, it was ok. Then crackles occasionally ... then pops ... then desync and my audio was coming in a good 4-5 seconds after what was going on screen. Then the left side lost audio entirely. Then the right side was not working but the left side was just intermittently cracking. So I thought, maybe it's a firmware issue. So I did the required firmware update (yes I was on the launch firmware) and initially ok sounds a little better. So I thought, let me try gaming with them on the MBP instead. Put them into pairing again, got them connected. Tested with Spotify - all was good again no crackling. Started playing a game and again good for about 15' then it went to heck in a handbasket again. So I pushed through because I wanted to test the battery life ... I got 1.5 hours out of a FULLY charged set before they died. I am so disappointed because my other wired EPOS headphones are literally my go to. They are so much worse than my cheaper ones from Pamu/Padmate. This is embarrassing ... Also you can't do the use a single bud until it dies and swap it out with these. That makes these inferior to simple Airpods WTF and these are supposedly made by Senheiser?!

Maybe aptX-LL just isn't ready... for anything.
There's a lot to like about these earbuds. They sound fantastic. They are supremely comfortable. The EPOS Gaming Suite software that goes with it is slick and works great. However, I don't think it's fair to call these "gaming" earbuds. To qualify, they would have to offer truly low-latency, and in that regard, these do deliver... Unfortunately, the aptX-LL (Low Latency) codec is apparently running on such a razor's edge that it can't pull it off without the occasional crackling, which seems to get worse as time passes on my Windows PC and laptop, even after trying different ports, firmware, and driver updates. Kudos to EPOS for including their own USB dongle to ensure compatibility, but I'm afraid it just isn't good enough. To confirm the crackling problem with aptX-LL, I paired these buds with the Creative BT-W3 dongle, which also offers aptX-LL, as well as regular aptX, aptX HD, and SBC. aptX HD wasn't available - No biggie. aptX and SBC both worked flawlessly, with excellent sound and no crackling whatsoever - just the usual 200-300ms of latency which makes them unacceptable for gaming. Switching to aptX-LL nearly eliminated the latency, but it wasn't long before the crackling reared its ugly head once again. It's not terribly persistent, but it's enough to be annoying, and at this price point, I expect far better. I have a bulky, wireless headset that works perfectly, but it comes with its own, proprietary USB dongle that wisely doesn't use Bluetooth. I wish EPOS had done the same here, but then I guess you'd lose that mobile compatibility that everyone seems so obsessed with. I'm not sure if this is a failure of aptX-LL in general, or just EPOS' implementation of it. In any case, I'll be sending these back.

I have been using these earbuds for more than a month and I can say that I am very happy. I bought them to have a second headphones for my PC. I mainly use them when I want to stand up from my desk and do something in my apartment far from PC (cleaning, cooking, exercising, chilling on the sofa and so on). I was skeptical about the wireless technology, but reading other reviewers changed my mind. This model was best suit for me as I didn't want to buy expensive unit for my first time wireless earbuds and I wanted to have dongle + bluetooth to be able to connect them both to my PC and to my phone should I decide to do so. So far I only used it with PC connected by dongle and everything works good. The sound is great, might be even better then my wire headset (Beyerdynamic mmx300). Coverage seems to be enough for me, but not too wide, I guess. It seems like 3 meters from dongle are covered without any issue even if there are walls in between. The dongle comes with a very long cable (seems like 1 meter) , so you can easily move the dongle around your desk to find best spot with best coverage for your apartment. I didn't even try to use them with phone and thus, never tried their microphone. In fact, I would be even more happy to have them without microphone, so the manufacturer put emphasis on something different during the production, but unfortunately that's not the case. Highly recommend if your use case is similar to mine.

There cannot be any other explination other than I have a truly end-to-end defective product. 1. Sound is muffled mostly. Not clear and concise like other earbuds I have used. 2. But the above does not matter since they turn off after about 2 minutes of use. I have tried both BT and 2.4ghz and its the same. They will not stay on. The Dongle also looses connection to the Epos app. In short, and honest, they are absolute rubbish.

Battery of the earphones last only for 30 minutes when fully charged.

Had to return it immediately as it was not able to pair up with any Bluetooth device.
