Duradry Whole-Body Deodorant Spray – Invisible Odor Protection

This is an effective deodorant with no annoying perfumes and doesn't hurt my sensitive skin. BUT OH MY HECK the spray bottle is completely dysfunctional. It works about 25% of the time, if that. I am sorry I bought it. Waste of money and very stressful. UPDATED 7/30/26 - Because this product is so effective, when I ran out of the first bottle, I decided to give it another shot. To my delight, the new bottle doesn't do that annoying clogging thing. It's being completely fine! Go figure! I give this latest bottle five stars.

My armpits stayed pretty dry, but I sweated profusely from my scalp dripping from my hairline, soaked earlobes, yuck! I assume we have to be able to sweat from somewhere. We're designed to release that sweat for a reason. I used the body wash by DuraDry too, and I didn't notice any odors to my sweat. This did not work well in areas of skin folds, even letting the area dry first. It did seem like it might have decreased inflammation and irritation in skin-fold areas (ex.: under breast, where upper-inner-thighs connect to the private region, under belly). I don't know if that result was from the body wash, the deodorant spray, or the combo of the two.

This product DOES NOT provide the protection it advises. Lasts about an hour after used. Would not buy again.

Too bad I didn't know of this while suffering 3 yrs of menopause but so happy to have it now! Finally after 3 years, the source of my EXTREME sensitivity to heat, especially humidity and sweat literally pouring from my head to my hips, has been determined. It was a medication that I am now weaning off of but still having the awful sweating with basically no activity. Folding clothes, cooking a meal or just getting ready to leave the house, leaves me DRENCHED, sweat running down my back and even my face. My thick hair is like I've just showered. My whole life I have not been one to perspire even with intense exercise or heat. And I definitely never had body odor or any sort of rash under my boobs. As an active 52 yr old Registered Nurse and JiJi of 12 amazing kiddos, the sweating has really affected my life, health and work. I've tried so many creams, powders, sprays, clothing, bedding and even had nearly half of my hair removed with an undercut. They all either failed or gave results so minimal it wasn't worth the time or money to continue use. Now for the good part... THIS spray has been the most effective product yet. Or more accurately, THE ONLY one to STOP THE SWEATING. The only downsides are the pump that I can barely press and works poorly and that I cannot put it on my scalp (not that I'm above trying it). The first time I had my husband spray me down but he's away for business more than he's home so not a solution. I plan to try it from another spray bottle or possibly even one of my mister bottles but in the meantime, I've sprayed it into my hands and quickly rubbed it where needed. It dries really fast though so not the best method though it's at least made it possible for me to use. I've not used it on a super active day yet but with normal activity where I'd still be sopping wet and miserable, it's been LIKE MAGIC. I do believe I can see where coupling it with the body wash would be even more effective so I'll be ordering it as well. Oh, and also... I have crazy dry skin that, of course, is even worse in winter and this did not dry me out any further or cause any sort of adverse reactions, even on my face where I patted a small amount above my top lip, around my hairline and on my entire neck. Scent? Any I've detected is gone very quickly. I am curious though about how it does with lotions, sunscreens, spray tanning, cosmetics, etc etc etc.

Product works great, spray bottle does not. I was reacting to every natural deodorant until this one. I like that it dries fast, isn’t sticky, and doesn’t stain. I will say I do feel like I sometimes still stink, but not too bad.

Really works and would buy again, but the sprayer does not work. I ran it under hot water and can get maybe one spray. Works for the smells that accompany dementia and was hoping to recommend to others. Will definately buy again when it comes in a functional container.. For now sticking to the wipes.

This stuff works SO well, compared to other natural deo and even commercial/mainstream ones. I have reactions to most, and the ones I can use- they won't combat odor for more than a couple of hours or quit working all together after a few days of use. Not this stuff. It works all day. And into the next day. And keeps working on the same level. I love that you can use it all over your body. It is not an anti-persperant (they do make one with that), but this seems to curb my sweat some and keep me drier. The price is great compared to Lume and other natural deos. Others have mentioned the sprayer breaking- it is only clogged and you can fix that. Just rinse under hot water. The deo is made of potassium salts that can crystalize and clog the sprayer. Just rinse it- easy fix. Or put into another sprayer. Others have also mentioned bumps. Again, it is a salt, so don't use it soon after shaving or waxing or if you already have irritation or heat rash/razor burn. If you are senstive to the solid crystal rock deos or crystal sprays, this is the same stuff, just with a few other ingredients to give it staying power and work much better/longer than them. I have FINALLY found my solution to perimeno hormonal body odor and embarrasment. I have ended many years of frustration (and expense!!!) trying to avoid the toxic and metal/chemical-laden commercial deos. Sooooooooooo glad I took the chance with this stuff. If you are not opposed to aluminum, the have a varity of natural deo and a gel that offers anti-perspiration. I will not not be trying that, as I have a metal allergy. This works great alone, though.
