Started getting soft in 4th year, lost hard feel.
It was good for 3 to 4 years, I understand it's got a 5 year warranty but can't access this warranty for it.

Shape and Extra-Firmness of Pillow Worsens Snoring
I had high hopes for this pillow since it is made by Tempurpedic. However, this pillow worsens snoring for back sleepers or combination side/back sleepers. The pillow is extra-firm, which could be improved by softening it slightly to just firm giving it just a little more give. The shape of the pillow, while it supports the neck, causes the head to tilt back when back-sleeping, causing the mouth to open, worsening snoring. I have a snoring app to monitor my snoring, and it is much worse with this pillow. Not recommended.
