To the seller: please, provide the following info: what's the extract ratio for each mushroom type? polysaccharide & beta glucans content (in %)?

Only information on pack is: Each serving of 2 capsules contains: Chaga, Cordyceps, Shitake, Reishi, Maitake, Lions Mane, 160 mg of each. Hope this helps.

So what exactly do they do?

Google or Bing is your friend for this. Lots of different opinions on what these individual mushrooms do.

I'd like to know where these are sourced, please?

They grow in the dark in cow poo that’s all I know

Is the mushroom extract made from the mushroom fruiting body or the mycelium?

You mean the stem or the top..? I imagine it’s the whole mushrooms 🤷♂️
