Does it fit an olympic 2” barbell or 1” pls?

I have a 2” barbell and it works just fine. The cup at the stop is pretty wide with plenty of room leftover. This is intended to jack one end at a time, but it does the job.

How wide is the inside of the hooking grip?

if you had two of these and put them on either side, is it stable enough to use as an elevated barbell platform to help with barbell curls, etc.?

I dont thinks, they wouldn't be stable enough and would wobble. Also I think it would be to low to the ground
