Fun little gadget,take out all sorts of bug game,I use Himalayan salt for more of a buckshot like load but table salt it fine too,laser light comes in handy from a distance, so far proves effective

Fun and it works, if you can aim. Also keep in mind it has a short range to be effective.

As others have mentioned on here,the pump action IS a bit stiff.. and that does exactly nothing to get in the way of my ability to smoothly roll into racking up my next shot after I pull the trigger.. they ain't kidding about the hair trigger and that's just fine with me to .I love getting into the trance of shooting,racking,shooting, racking.. and just keep going til the hopper is empty. No way that is 80 shots before I need to reload,but I don't care. It's quick to load up some more salt and keep going.The only lie has got to be the three foot accuracy because I am taking out flies resting on the ten foot ceiling while sitting down, with a near 100% accuracy. I'm loving the gun sight for aiming, though I'm often able to shoot without lining up the shot now just fine too. Almost out the gate, taking out the flies has been a piece of cake. I am absolutely delighted with the level of fun this thing provides. Finding bugs has gone from being a dreaded chore to a moment of glee for me... And I am so glad to have one of these again. I lost my last one in an apartment building fire a couple years ago, and am so happy to have been able to finally replace it,as there is no finer flykilling solution!

I bought the clear gun thinking it would be fun. It ended up looking a little creepy IMO. If I had it to do again, I would go dark.This just drops the flies. I popped for the laser site and it makes it easy to obtain superiority in your air space. The only reason I gave it four stars is that it doesn't really finish off the big flies, but removes their ability to fly. You need to execute them yourself, which is a little disappointing since they suffer a little. If you hate flies and want them to suffer, perhaps this makes it a 6 star item?

This thing is well built and accurate. Tons of fun!

For a non toxic way to kill flies it works really well. Dot get to close to a painted cabinet though.. it can and will take paint off of fired yo. Lose

I couldn’t recommend this product more. Living in Georgia, the Joro spiders are multiplying by the thousands, intercepting our native spiders’ food sources and then slaughtering them for dessert. I’ve had enough and I’ve sought vengeance. My daily routine consists of hunting these invasive nuisances. Bug spray would just not suffice because of our garden and herbs. So… in good ole American fashion, the bug-a-salt was an obvious solution. Yeah …. I used it for the pesky flies, but now? Now it’s a full blown war, and I am winning. Our orb weavers are starting to regain their territory and I’m walking into only a single web a day vs 20. The accuracy is legit, easy to load, fire and most importantly, it’s not heavy. I’ve convinced all of my friends to purchase one. 10/10 recommend this product.
