My new lunch solution
My husband is an incredibly fussy eater. It became a daunting task for him when deciding on lunches for work; he gets bored of the same thing quickly, and it's not like he has a wide palette of taste. He often left his frozen tv dinner behind and go eat fast food with his work buddies. That's when I decided to try bento lunches, I heard it cost less and the creativity behind it might make him interested in bringing lunch to work again. I got a ton of ideas from Pinterest, and decided on Monbento as my first bento lunchbox. I use a combination of leftovers and his favorite snacks, and so far he is really enjoying it!I like the muted gray color - it's not over the top which since this is for a dude was very important! It's a decent size, although smaller than I thought it would be (can't put anything too tall in it). I was looking for a larger bento since my husband has a large appetite, but so far he says the lunches have been fulfilling. I also like that this is two tiers. He prefers hot lunches over cold ones, so I tend to put everything that needs heating up in one tier, with small snacks that don't in the other.Other observations:-The divider only fits well in the white tier.-You can stack the tiers in any order.-The lids seal wonderfully, also means they are hard to get off.-It does warp slightly in the microwave, but returns to it's shape after cooling.Overall, a great bento for adults. I'm hoping in the long term this will resolve my husband's lunch dilemma.

This product will change your life, you decide if for better or for worse...
I would equate this product to the forbidden fruit in the Garden of Eden. On one hand, it has shattered my paradigm and lifted me to a higher plane of understanding. On the other, there’s a reason the saying “ignorance is bliss” is so cliche. Because it’s so true... allow me to explain with a quick synopsis of the situation leading up to and after the purchase of this product.I’m a very typical 30 year old single dude, at least in my mind. I have an ok job, I love sports, I spend most of my money and free time at bars/on booze for reasons that are now unclear to me. Anyways, on one particularly hungover morning, I brought the left over Chinese food I postmated blackout the previous night to the office for lunch. I had it wrapped in plastic. One of the more eco-conscious women I work with (who for the sake of this allegory would be the snake who tempted Eve... which actually makes perfect sense because I do think she might be the Devil) scolded me for the use of plastic wrap, and told me about some alternatives. I immediately went to my desk, got on Amazon, and stumbled across this product. $18 seemed a little steep, but can you really put a price on a product that maximizes your virtue signaling thereby allowing you to rise this weird social ladder we’ve constructed where we seem to value the appearance of good deeds over the actual acts?As soon as my product came in (I decided to forgo the free two day shipping so that I could get a $4.99 credit on Amazon Now- patience supporting impatience, interesting dichotomy there) I actually made my own sustainably sourced lunch, and brought it to the office. And even though I prominently displayed my new eco-friendly wrap as I paraded through the office to the kitchen, no one really seemed to care. My ego was slightly deflated. Much like life though, initially it’s a bit of a slow burn, and then boom something ignites and totally alters your course/trajectory.I ended up using the product on more of a regular basis, not only because of the quality, but also because i spent $18 on it, might as well get my money’s worth. Well, slowly but surely, people started to notice. Initially, they noticed my stench. Thanks in large part to my eco-friendly wrap, I’ve become much more eco-conscious. A byproduct of that is the body wash I’m using now is 100% natural and homemade (actually keep an eye out for it, I’m honing in on a mass-produceable recipe). Early recipes were more pungent, some might say repulsive. But that somehow attracted a certain person in my office, our serpent from earlier, as she was on a similar path of eco-consciousness as I was. We began to bond but definitely not in a sexual way, as eco-consciousness actually transcends sexuality, and tbh I’m just not all that attracted to her because she kind of stinks most of the time. With that being said, thanks to her high status in the social hierarchy of our office, others, more subordinate, followed suit. And we all began bonding more and more. The natural order of my life began to get very mixed up, as I was being infinitely more social, particularly with the female sex. If we’re being honest, most of my social interactions with women had occurred at bars and then awkward mornings after bars if I got very very lucky. So this immersion into sober interaction at first caused a lot of anxiety for me. But as I went to more rallies, hugged more trees, saved more turtles from straws, I became more and more comfortable in the new chaos, and I found a new order.I’m fairly broke, basically penniless as a matter of fact. Missing so much work for rallies, donating my money to good causes, all the dates I’ve been going on recently (oh yeah, I forgot to mention, eco-conscious women are very open and free sexually. As I previously stated though eco-consciousness transcends sexuality, I want to be very clear about that. I’m doing all this for the sake of the greater good, in no way was this just a master ploy to be introduced to and sleep with women who are predisposed to being more open and therefor more promiscuous). But what I’ve found is money is not happiness. Happiness is planting a tree, and then going back and carving every initial of every conquest you’ve had, into that tree... so I’ll let you decided for yourself if you want to eat the forbidden fruit. I on the other hand am hoping this will become available as a subscription, so I can start giving it out to people in hopes that I can dramatically change their world in the same way I have managed to change mine.

Lights easily, stays lit, minimal smoke, minimal residue, minimal off-flavors
Local smoke shops couldn't get these in at a decent price, so I ordered online. I have used several hemp wicks in the past, and have found that some are too waxy, some are too thick, some don't burn well or stay lit, etc. This particular ball of wick is easy to use, lights quickly, stays lit, and doesn't put off too much smoke. I just pinch the flame out with my fingers rather than blowing it out, and while I am left with a bit of residue on my fingertips, there isn't nearly as much as there has been with some of the other brands of wick I have tried. I leave mine on my coffee table, but lengths could be easily cut off and wrapped around a lighter if you wanted. Note that you'll want to pay attention to which end of the wick you begin pulling from so you don't accidentally unravel it backwards. I'm not sure if it will matter any, though.
