Works beauitfully pay attention to timing
The photo does not do it justice, simply because of the lighting. It came out a beautiful icy/silver/blondeFor reference my hair was a dark dishwater blonde first. My hair was coming in bright silver and white so I decided to take the plunge. I did tons of research first. This is a TONER not a color. It is used to take out the brassiness the bleach leaves behind. I used L'Oreal Paris Feria Hyper Platinum Advanced Lightening System Hair Bleach, Lifts Up To 8 Levels, and it worked beautifully. I applied it to the back first, wore a foil cap, (ordered from Amazon) Left it on for 15 mins then removed cap and added the rest of the bleach for another 45 mins.It was then a barely yellow cream color. I rinsed it out, using the conditioner but only left it in for 2mins. Dried my hair, let it rest for an hour. The I added L'Oreal Paris Feria Long-Lasting Anti Brass Power Hair Toner, Ammonia Free Demi Permanent Hair Color, Ice Blonde Hair Toner. You have to watch it constantly, because it works very quickly!!!I can't emphasize that enough. It took my hair from a creamy barely there yellow to an icy silver in 5 MINS FLAT!!!I've seen the reviews where it turned others' hair a dingy brown, but that's because it was severely over processed.Again, it works extremely fast!! 5 mins is all you should need, and don't take your eyes off it!! As you can see by the photoit works perfectly. It's a process and you have to be patient and take your time with it. I've subscribed the product that's how wonderfully it worked!! I'll use it until my natural silver/white fully comes in.

It an amazing job on my hair!
Absolutely OBSESSED with this hair toning product! I had been struggling with brassy, light brown/amber tones that made my hair look dull and uneven. After just one use, this toner completely transformed my hair bringing it back to the rich, beautiful brown shade I originally wanted. The brassiness is totally gone, and my color looks fresh, deep, and natural. I honestly couldn’t believe the difference! It gave me salon quality results right at home. I love it and will definitely be keeping this!

Turned my blind to dark reddish brown- terrible
Coming from a brand like L’Oreal I thought this would help remove some of the orange tones and brassiness my blonde highlights had I followed the directions to the T rinsed it out, and immediately knew that my hair was darker, much darker almost like a dark brown on top of that to make things worse there was a reddish tint to itOf course I was devastated it did the opposite of what I wanted. I wanted to make my blonde hair brighter that’s orange not brown. I had had a horrible Salon experience a few years ago and I remembered that I had to act quickly. I’ve been jumped on the computer for an hour doing research and realize that this is a toner and that I had to get it out of my hair, so then went into washing my hair clarifying shampoos Dawn dishwashing soap, head and shoulders even mixing baking soda with shampoo not to mention now that my hair is damaged from all of this over washing and I still don’t have my original blonde hair color that I had before I used a product terrible. Terrible terrible what a nightmare awful experience . I am still trying to find a solution, but may have to end up going to the salon. I’m paying a lot of money to fix my hair.Do not recommend this product to anyoneWorst thing as they don’t even let your return the product so you’re stuck with it and you pay to have damage hair

Toner is not bleach
The hair toner helped even out my hair and removed a lot of brassiness. I read some other reviews and I have to really push that this is not hair bleach . This will not noticeably lighten your hair.

Very satisfied
Photo 3: Before I screwed up asking for my hair to be dyedPhoto 2: My jet black hair?!?Photo 1: 5 mins after blow drying my hair and using HALF the max time for this product for color removalThis product did everything I asked of it!!!! So the reason I think it has the bad reviews is because:1. the smell2. the brassy color that people are sometimes getting#1 I guess I can see that, it smells like rotten boiled eggs, but I’ve smelled worse on airplanes for much longer and tbh wasn’t surprised#2 If you read the directions and warnings in its entirety, you’ll see that highlighted/bleached hair will definitely need to go back to the salon for. This is because the bleach reacts differently than dye/toner to this product, so it will come out brassy instead. I had a few highlights that were very faded and leftover and could barely see this happened, but wasn’t surprised when it did. But again, only a warning to the highlighted hair folks. IF what happened to me happen to you, use this!!!My case: I went to a new stylist per a referral, and asked for “one shade darker”. I have naturally brown hair and had never all over dyed it. TLDR she dyed it black. I gave it a few days to come out but it never faded. I didn’t hate it but didn’t love it.My process: since I originally wanted “one shade darker” and still did, I did half/minimum the recommended time. So - 10 mins sitting, 15 min rinse/shampoo, 5 minute rinse/shampoo 3x. I also did a test on a strand, was SHOCKED with how well it worked (seeing the color brown again was all I wanted) and then did the whole thing same time all over again on my entire head. Total time was 2 hours.Hair Loss: this was my biggest worry outside of getting brassy hair and so I watched it like a hawk. Hindsight 20/20 there was no hair loss lol. In the moment it felt like there was, but that was because I was constantly running my fingers through my hair while rinsing, aka pulling out 1-2 strands each time LOL. This stopped completely after shampoo #2 and I stopped panicking for no reasonShampoo: I used a moisturizing shampoo. 10/10 recommend because my hair is so soft after washing it so much and your hair will appreciate it!Results: When I was done, I wasn’t completely sure it had done much, because you have to remember, you’re rinsing for so long that the color is SLOWLY coming out with the long rinsing and not dumping off your head like it does normally day 1 after the salon. But my rating!? 10/10. My hair is no longer weighed down by a pound of black hair dye AND curls up again like it used to. Also, it’s not fried from this product and should be even better than it was in a few days. So happy with this product and saved me money from going back to the salon!! If you’re nervous to try it, for $12 it’s so worth it! Thank you!!!!!
