I am a know supplement freak..people tease me at work regularly. Like more than 15 pills a day kind of crazy. Nothing I took seem to do what it was supposed to. I realize nothing was going to help unless my gut was healthy. So I stopped them all and just take this (1 pill) every morning on an empty stomach. It's been a few weeks and to my surprise I'm feeling better and my bowels seem to be working more regularly. If you want to heal your leaky gut it will take about 4 months of daily use. Your gut is the gateway to your health...be smart and take care of it.

I actually love these! They help curb my food noise to keep me from eating all day long! I like them because I don't feel sick from them, I just have noticed I'm not always thinking about food or what the next thing will be to eat. I also recognize and can stop eating when I'm full instead of eating until I'm sick.

This supplement is 3rd party tested which is very important. My problem is with the seal on the bottle. I can’t remove it without a box cutter! Very difficult to open.
