Ducomens 8177s Sunglasses

I've purchased 5 pairs of these sunglasses and use them exclusively for driving in the extremely hot and bright southwest USA. The semi-frame design allows for great peripheral vision/situational awareness when driving. I've also used them for several outdoors activities including hiking, shooting and landscaping and I've found them to be sufficient for these activities.I do, however, prefer other sunglasses with larger lenses, or full-frame lenses, when doing the aforementioned activities. Sunglasses with larger lenses offer more eye protection against gunpowder residue coming out of a firearm, and from plant branches you may walk through when hiking.PROS:1. Lightweight2. Durable - out of the 5 sets I've purchased over the years, I've only broken 1 when I stepped on it.3. Semi-Frame - allows for good peripheral and situational awareness while driving, especially in traffic.4. Head Fitment is good - not uncomfortably tight at all. Happy with these. Particularly for driving. They feel a bit “plasticky” but do the job.
