Does it come with a dropper and is the top a twist off?

No dropper. It's a typical perfume bottle that twist off and sprays well. I love them for my product line. Note they are heavy and dense, come with a cute white individual box. I placed my product sticker on the box.

Does the height include the lid or is that the height of the black bottle part itself?

Total height is 3.7 inch. The height of the square bottle part without the top is 1.77 inch. Hope this helps.

I bought from another company for a bit more expensive and only got 6 bottles wrapped in cheap plastic bag. THIS company gives you 8 bottles for cheaper AND its own individual box so all you have to do , make your perfume and put your labels on . I don’t have to buy boxes off I line that are too big anyway. This company provides them! Love that so much I re ordered again and I will continue doing it
