Great sound with exactly the right amount of bass and treble. Cranked it up to see how clear it would be at higher levels but couldn't go too far because it is so loud! Super light and very easy to move around to wherever you want it.

The speaker arrived fully charged. The sound was clear and loud. Bluetooth connection was fast and easy. Lights worked and were aestheticlly pleasing. I played the speaker for a short while and tested all the features. I then stored it in my closet. About a month later I took it out and plugged it in and turned it on. It worked for about 15 mins and shut off. The light on front indicating it was charging was lit up red. I thought maybe the battery needed charging so I turned it off and left it charging for about 6 hrs. Came back and turned it on and nothing. I tried unplugging and turning it on still nothing. I reached out to customer service and the return window had passed. I talked to manufacturer and all they offered was for me to pay to ship it back to them to be looked at. I even ordered a different charging cord and still nothing. Amazon eventually offered a refund for me because they have amazing customer service but this manufacturer didn't offer a thing. If the speaker would've worked it would have been a 9 out of 10 and that was because the Bass was non-existent, not expected from a 15in speaker.

This is best Christmas gift I could give myself, the size is just perfect. Hold the charge pretty good, been playing for an hour and a half and still going strong , it’s very loud I must say, easy to connect, the quality overall is just awesome, it’s a must have , the price is decent , don’t wait go for it, thanks Amazon !!

This is a GREAT buy. Sound is fantastic. One thing I am a little disappointed in is that my wireless microphone does not seem to work with this unit. “Singing Machine Wireless Microphone Pack”. The corded one that comes with the unit is pretty good but really wanted my wireless to work. I do also like the ease of maneuverability the unit has. I do recommend this speaker to anyone interested in having not only Bluetooth device but one that charges and can be used anywhere.

Pretty good sound and very lightweight. Karaoke, microphone speaker has tremendous bass. The sound quality was not as good on the other function but still good.

Well I had to give this unit 5 stars mostly because of the amount of sound this kicks out! It's not hi-fi and it's not the greatest sounding unit but we have used this for playback in our churches and honestly, we didn't even get near to full volume before the level of sound needed was reached. The stereo pairing is so simple with another (but slightly) smaller unit of the same make and that's where this unit comes into it's own and makes the sound really spacial. The battery life is very good. Even after a solid hour the unit only needed about 30mins to recharge to full capacity. The unit doesn't auto switch off after a period of time. Also, the unit is so portable. The help desk (via email) cannot be faulted. Bluetooth pairing is good and the unit seems to remember the settings. So what's not to like? We were irritated by the fact the led display can't be switched off. And the battery charge light is miniscule - making it really difficult to see. To sum up an extremely portable unit, loud, OK but powerful sound, easy stereo pairing and... it doesn't switch itself off after a period of no input.
