This external monitor is great quality and well worth the price. I use it to extend the display of my laptop while working at home. I recently wanted to downsize my home office space, which meant getting rid of my huge triple 22" displays and large form factor PC. However I still need to use multiple displays at times, and this portable monitor is perfect. I just pull it out when I need it and connect it to my laptop with the included USB-C cable. I have been using it regularly for several months now and it still works perfectly and the graphics display is great quality.

This monitor is great - just what I wanted. Its the same size an a standard laptop, very light and travels well. The set up is very easy and the USB C/ to USB C is plug and play.

I did a lot of research looking at soooo many of these portable monitors before deciding on this VisionOwl model, and I am ridiculously pleased with my decision. It was so easy to set up and connect to my Nintendo Switch via a portable switch dock I already had. Simply plug and play and it instantly loaded up. It's super crisp in game and almost as much so while browsing. I have my saturation and contrast turned up a little bit so if the vivid rich colors aren't your thing, there are easy adjustments to be made using the side wheel button, which also double functions to adjust brightness and volume, depending on if you scroll it up, down, or press it as a button. Pressing it opens the main menu, where you can adjust more complex details of the visual display to your preferences. I notice exactly zero lag or issues running any game on my Nintendo Switch that I want. I also plan to use this monitor with my iphone connected as a way to watch streams and/or videos while I play games on my PC, since I previously lacked a second monitor/run an ultrawide for my PC. I have no doubt it will perform perfectly for that as well. The visual quality is astounding for this affordable price point. The monitor maintains its place propped up on the included magnetic case/stand combo perfectly. I emailed to register my warranty with the included QR code packaged with the product, and was also offered a free accessory, which they quickly responded about and are actually sending to me! Now that's customer service! The sticker on the bottom left of the monitor gives their information in case you need to contact for any reason for any level of support. The included packaging pieces also mentioned this. All of this tells me they stand by this product immensely and I am over the moon with it so far. It's EXACTLY what I wanted/needed, small enough to fit in my limited leftover desk space while large enough to be properly useful for gaming and media consumption. I cannot recommend this enough and sincerely hope that if you're in the market for a solid, reliable monitor, either for home use or on the go, be it for gaming or media consumption of any kind, you'll consider this VisionOwl product as a top tier choice, if not number one. It's that good, and I'm picky about my gaming experiences and media consumption experiences, as I spend a LOT of time at my desk and a LOT of time gaming. In a sea of options, choose this. It's absolutely wonderful in every single way, and so is the company behind it from what I can tell.

I’ve had this portable monitor for a few months now and it meets my needs very well. This makes the perfect extra screen for school or work. The brightness is great and I appreciate the extra speakers. I gave it four stars because occasionally a white sound comes out of the monitor, but it hasnt bothered me and is very quiet. I am unsure if it will get worse in the coming years. Warrantee for the product was very easy and customer service was fast and reliable. Overall positive experience and would recommend if you need an extra screen!

I plugged this 2K (FHD) monitor into my Surface pro 8 and Macbook air M2 (2023) via a USBC cable and for both platforms a clear extension of my computer screen appeared immediately. No fuss Monitor well made, images crystal clear and very straight forward to use Plus and go. Very happy with this purchase

I needed a budget travel monitor and I am glad I found this gem! First of all, the price was spectacular at $139.99 (on sale). While this isn't a premium monitor, it does everything I need. The resolution, colour and response time is good. It comes with an amazing magnetic case. The monitor offers 2 usb-c ports and a mini-HDMI and knows when and how to use each port, whether it's to output an image or take in power. Customer support is excellent as well; they were quick to respond and even offered me some freebie accessories, which I gladly accepted. I primarily use it as a second monitor for work, but I found it held its own as a portable gaming monitor for my Switch and Steam deck. Using their preset modes did help improve the image for quality for applications such as gaming or movies. I'm not sure how long this monitor will last, but the build quality does seem nice, and the company offers 2-year warranty. The one thing I believe they can improve on uis the little dial to control the settings menus. I found it finnicky and awkward; sometimes I would accidentally activate up or down when I meant to hit the "select" function. After a bit of fiddling, you'll eventually be able to do what you want to do. The sound quality is mediocre at best, but I didn't buy this monitor for its sound output. The fact that this product provides an AUX is a huge bonus. Overall, I love this product. If it lasts the average lifespan of other monitors, I will gladly continue purchasing Vision Owl produts.

This monitor arrived immediately the day after I ordered it in a sleek box reminiscent of an Apple product. I was impressed before I even unboxed it. The monitor comes with a magnetic cover, power adapter, hdmi cable and a usb c to c, and a a to c power cable too. I’d be happier if the cords were a little longer. I think if you contact the company they’ll send you a 6-feet cable pack. WOW. This monitor was so easy to set up and the instructions that come with the monitor are a dream. QR codes to watch how-to videos if you learn better by watching. My parents are in their 70’s and intimidated by setting things like this up and I’m confident that if I purchased this for them they’d have NO PROBLEM following these instructions. The monitor itself is sleek, well protected in the case and has impressed me at the price range it is available in. The screen when operating is clear, vibrant and the on screen display menu helps you fine tune it to your preferences. I looked at many different options on Amazon and I’m so glad I chose this monitor because the quality is exactly what i need so that I can travel and still be productive with my work. I highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to order from this seller again.
