I really like how simple the recipes are. And it is food that I actually enjoy. Ingredients are easy to find. Great books all around I have all of them

Lose Weight By Eating... some great meals
First let me say that I am in need to lose about 100 lbs. and I have been taking some supplements and moderate exercising but I am having only the minimum of success. I know the reason why is I still have bad eating habits. I prepare my own meals and I know I should do better. With that said, I received my new cook book, “Lose Weight By Eating” and I am already making plans, not only for my meals, but to entertain and cook for friends. So as a guy, I gotta love Chapter 9, “For the love of BBQ.” The first thing I am going make to from this book is the ‘Blue Cheese Buffalo Burger’ with real buffalo!!There is everything from pizza, baked treats, various sandwich ideas, pasta dinners, Mexican food, pizza, comfort food, desserts and even skinny cocktails. What goes better with skinny cocktails than…PIZZA?The first chapter introduces you to the author and to the meal plan (I hate to say diet) and gives you the tools to be successful. I know there is an eBook version available, but I am not sure I would buy that one. The printed copy has beautiful photos of the finished products (hello? I’m a guy, we are visual), and room to make notes and a meal log to write in. Besides, “Lose Weight By Eating” retails at $25 and Amazon is selling it for about $15!!!

Not a New Book
This book is not new. Had I known that I would have ordered a used one to save some money. Other than that, it looks like it has some very good recipes in it. Bright colorful photos of the recipes.

Great Detox Book
Lots of good information, recipes are easy and nutritious. Highly recommend!!

Just Okay
I thought this was going to be great. Audrey Johns promoted this as a cheaper, easier way to get your body healthy, but nothing I've tried was really worth the extra effort. Each recipe I've tried took MUCH longer than a typical recipe I make, and shopping for the groceries cost much more than usual.I tried making the veggie-packed lasagna, the strawberry shortcake cupcakes, and the breakfast scramble, just off the top of my head. None of them were bad, but none were outstanding either. The shortcake cupcakes were kind of bland, and a lot of effort for less than a dozen cupcakes.The book is now sitting on my kitchen counter, next to the other two. Maybe I'll reach for this one again at some point, but I doubt it. I am disappointed with the results from this highly acclaimed cookbook.

So simple and easy! Doesn't feel diet-y but you'll still see results!!
I lost about 15 pounds using recipes from this book over a 2 1/2 week period. I was never felt famished, and the food was DELICIOUS! I barely had to tweak any spices. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I got this book. I took a chance, and it really really worked. There's alot of basics that it educates on, a couple of eye opening ones as wellness! Now I'll be working on prepping more so I'll have a variety ready at hand. I'm sooo happy and incredibly thankful!

My kids even love it...enough said!!
What a great cook book. So many healthy and tasty recipes. We followed her 7 day cleanse which we found online and loved it...as much as you can love a cleanse.We lost 5-7 pounds but more importantly, regained our taste buds. At the end when we incorporated "normal" food again, we noticed how much more salty and sweet everything tasted than they did before. Our taste buds had been desensitized and now were back to normal. We almost use this exclusively since everything in here is extremely tasty. Our kids even eat it!! Now that's a recommendation.If you find this review helpful, please give it a thumbs up.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this book!!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this book. So much so, that I ordered a copy for my mom and best friend too! The recipes are so easy to read and the pictures make you drool over her food. I have really enjoyed finding all these new foods that I had no idea I would end up loving. 2 weeks into this book and I am feeling better, I am exercising, and I have already lost 11lbs. It's amazing what happens in the beginning when you get rid of all that fried food, sodium, and fast food out of your body. I couldn't be happier and looking forward to her next book!
