Tree & Shrub Fertilizer Spikes (Box of 6 Spikes - 1.5 Lbs)

You can actually see the green patches where the fertilizer was placed!! The grass is very green, so you know the roots have benefited. Make sure you hammer them into the ground before it freezes!

Texas Clay soil is almost impossible to dig into. Also, I noticed it was moldy once, in the soil (it came out because of the clay soil). If you live where clay soil is in Texas this is not going to work like it does for all the five star review folks

I bought two different brands of tree food spikes. This was the easier of the two to use and drive into the ground. The other brand would crumble before it was half way into the earth. This is the brand I have settled on and have purchased multiple times.
